It’s not so much that I can’t afford it, it’s the whole handing cole/king/ltb my money to play in something I’d rather play for fun… er wait, does the winner get money? I realize now it just says ‘prize’ and there is a top 3 I guess. I’m just more into the social aspect of playing a game and hanging out with friends than playing for money, tbh I don’t actively like sf4, you guys are just fun people to hang out with <3

Lol honestly the league is anyone’s game, I honestly see upsets happening. (The wolfpack definately comes to mind as a possible upsetter team). I do plan on giving out a cash prize at the end, trophies (who doesn’t like a semi-large monument rewarding them for the hard work?!).
The league is like a way to strengthen all kinds of shit, get the scene close knit again, get people to continue to practice, get to know some negros better that you don’t/won’t normally hang out with etc. etc.
I really hope taht the Blanka’s can find a home though, could you take the time to contribute to the cause and give Jimmy a team he can call home?
Naw, the league would probably go on for 2-3 months, and you can play as much as you want, just official matches will be your team vs. a different team everytime. You drop the team fee, then at the end, Prize pot pay out to top 3 with best records/most points.
Yeah I think the reason I get the most scared of playing Cole/LTB/King in tournaments is because they are good with so many characters that they usually can counter pick well but since this is a one character league it gives a slight advantage to people like me who have always used only 1 character lol

Yeah, it’ll be a good chance for me to work on my rufus either way… My thing is those strong players are so quick to adapt and you don’t get a set in which you can try to switch it up… You just gotta come at 'em hardbody.
Honestly I was a bit over reacting about it LOL, I’ve been watching the threads like a hawk, and if questions come up I’ve been putting the answers in the other one. Or if Teams come up in either thread they’ve been added to the list.
I seriously think I’m going to cap at 16 teams though. I would LOVE TO SEE 16 TEAMS, but honestly I don’t know if we can get there.
You could probably find a bunch of people at Penny-arcade’s forums if you wanted to get more people, I think they have a bunch of locals. Though I don’t know if you want to bring that element into this thing heh.
I added team jurassic to the mix since they mentioned they had a team in the other thread. Please someone from that team post and confirm asap. (Including them and the 9 ppl looking for a team that’d make it 15 teams).
WARNING: I am going to cap @ 16 teams!!! Those posted looking for a team get priority over the rest, so I’ll be taking 1 or 2 mores teams depending on team jurassic.
Those on the list, I’d definately reccomend looking on that list and start putting together a team. We have a lot of great players looking to play, and some up and comers too. Some good teams could be formed from that list!
