Hey, guys. If any of you are interested, there’s a tournament in Cleveland that’s gearing up to be petty big on April 17th. We’ll have Arcana Heart 3, SSFIV, and MVC3 tournaments.

Spencer - yes it’s this Saturday. i made a wish upon a star tonight. it’s supposed to be a secret… but i’ll tell you that i wished for you to be calm and not get angry at Abe’s no matter how much cheesy shit we all throw your way at Marvel.
FJ - come out to play with us, and actually stay this time. :razz: pick up the G-man and bring him along so nothing bad will happen this time, although i don’t believe he’d want to come. oh and then there is a 2nd G-man, Greg, he sounds interested so maybe talk to him about coming too.
Ok my work schedule is out now and I don’t work this weekend at all. Technically I can go, but I, like spencer, am pretty sick right now. It’s on the decline though so it’ll be a game time decision for Saturday. Hopefully I can make it. We will see. I’m understanding a lot more about Marvel 3 (and how ridiculously stupid it is…seriously it’s so stupid I love it) so I’d like to try my hand at the fort wayne crew.
Abe - random question, but did I leave my SE stick at your place last time? I just realized I don’t have it, and the last time I remember having it was at your place.

Hello! I am actually rather glad that I found this. I live in Huntington, which is roughly 15-30 minutes away from Ft. Wayne, and had no idea there was even a scene nearby! If you guys play often I’d be sure to make it sometime, and bring a few friends with me as well. Right now we are mostly playing MvC3 or BlazBlue CS, but we are pretty much down to play any game.
I think FJ has it, but Abe had it for like a month 2 months ago.
And Brent, I don’t think inviting the G-Man is a good idea…

Event Details
When: April 17th, 2011
Where: McCarthy’s Downtown 1231 Main Ave in Cleveland Ohio 44113
Time: Check in is 11-12 am, SSF4 1230 pm sharp, MVC3 130 pm sharp, Arcana Heart (details coming soon)
Games (XBOX 360): SSF4 ($15), MVC3 ($10), Arcana Heart ($10), and MK9 (possibly… its in the works)
Set-Up: All games will be played on XBOX 360. Tubes/CRT’s and evo approved moniters will be used.
There is a $10 venue fee for all players who enter an event.
So how was abe’s lol?
They had an exhibition tournament for every event at MM. Basically the top 6 players from preceding ranbats competed for a pot collected over said ranbats with the top 2 non qualified players from the actual tournament in a separate top 8 bracket. Long story short I won the tournament and the BBCS exhibition, made $246 and met a ton of awesome people. It was a fucking great time.
