Except, the state where this took place in, Virginia, HAS NO SUCH LAW about that. It was stated even in the last page of the thread. As of now, as long as the student is of age and the sex is consensual, they cannot arrest her in the state of Virginia. Right now it seems this shit started in April, 3-4 months after this dude already turned 18. Unless investigators are able to find evidence that specifically puts any sexual relations with the two before January of this year, they cannot do anything to her. She obviously loses her job and her ability to ever teach again, and her rep will take a hit but they can’t charge her for any crime. HOWEVER, she can charge him with harassment due to him releasing private nude photos of her without her consent with negative intent.
The only thing this is proving is that this dude is a fucking moron, not just for being a pussy snitching this girl out, but essentially giving her a TON of ammo to counterattack hard with an actual lawsuit. Yeah, she loses the teaching profession but the girl is young. She can get another job, it’s not the end of the world for her when she barely even started her teaching career. He’s gonna be losing money for this shit.

Didn’t know that about Virginia. While we’re on the subject why would this prevent her from ever teaching again? Since this isn’t a crime how would her next job know?.. other than if one of them remembers this story or decides to Google her name, which these days is certainly a possibility. I don’t necessarily think that this prevents her from ever getting a teacher job, but it’d be damn hard, and is probably worth it to try some other profession.
Fishje speaks the truth, I can attest that I have seen some of my closest friends lives destroyed by vindictive women for absolutely no reason. My best friend’s wife demanded he get a second job so she could drive a BMW, then had an affair because he was never home and she had needs! So it is refreshing to see the opposite happen, even if it is just one case and will not make up for the thousands of men getting slaughtered in the family court system every day.
