My old English teacher, who was relatively young, had a daughter and was dating a fireman got fired cause she was fuckin’ a Junior… And his bitch ass bragged about it (before the explosion of Twitter) and word got around. She got found out and fired.

yeah, ive been addressing this myself. he was 18 it seems when this went down, and she cant be anymore then 23-24. law says 16 is fine with someone who is no more then 4 years your age. 18 is fine period, but her getting fired is just norm shit. the law is still going to get involved though to verify all of this to the fullest, and he will probably get counter hit by her with a suit because he released the nudes, and said all that crazy shit on twitter.
unless west virginia has some other law i didnt bother to google about teachers getting busy with students regardless of age that could put her into legal trouble, it seems that she is fine on the age issue.
its funny though, because it was norm that girls around 11th 12th grade back in my day, dated guys who were out of high school, who drove, in college. theyre like 16-17 max, and the other dudes are like 20-21, getting easy pussy. no one was trying to out anyone, internet was the dial up age, people just moved along, nothing to see here. better times.

It’s not just about age. In some states it’s illegal for teachers to sleep with students regardless of age. It assumes that the teacher is abusing their position. Furthermore although the affair may be uncovered when the student is of age there’s no telling how long things were going on prior to that. With a law like that in place it takes out all of the guesswork.
