For Sale: Tears in Heaven - Tsubasa Resevior Chronicle

I originally wasn’t going to sell this stick, but I enjoy making sticks so much that I dont mind making myself a new one every month.
This stick is in PERFECT condition. It has been tested at two seperate tournament events: VTYME and NEC.

I am looking to sell this stick for $300, and I assure you, this is by far the most well constructed stick I have made yet…
It features a PROJECT BOX setup, so it can be compatible with any and all consoles of your choosing.
It only comes with a PSX project box, but additional project boxes, such as for the 360 or the Wii/GC can be arranged.

kool stick

no flash and 300$? thats really steep.

You can buy a Byrdo stick and a game for that price. Also, the button layout is messed up.

Trust me on this one, this stick is NICE. It’s of excellent quality and is overall amazing. I have seen and played around with this stick when I first met Jax at NEC8 a couple weeks ago. Who by the way is a very nice guy. This is just an amazing stick, I almost drooled all over when I first saw it, and when I he let me see it personally, I almost died. Plus this was sorta his own personal stick, which means he probably put just a little bit more care and love into it then any other stick he’s ever made.

Really nice looking stick!

I agree that 300 is quite steep though… I don’t think I’d ever pay more than 200 for a pre-made.

Yeah. Its an awesome joystick no doubt. Just too bad the price is out of my reach.

Same here. He probably REALLY likes the stick and doesn’t want to sell it…so he dramatically upped his price.

The wiring is top notch on this stick, The fact that you can expand this to any console with the DB connectors makes this a high value stick.

I cant say that I am a fan of plexiglas bottom panels though… :wgrin:

edit:/ Ouch, just re-read and saw that it is lexan, NOT plexi. …oops.

I would be willing to negotiate the price with anyone who is interested…

Why does everyone say that? My button layout is the standard HORI HRAP layout!

because they want the two on the right to go back down -_____-

Maybe if your stick wa 16 inches long like the big HRAP sticks, then yeah… but this stick is only 11 inches long; its not as wide and because of that, your fingers will curve inwards. Its more ergonomic and lots of people who have used it have told me its more comfortable this way. You ever use an ergonomic keyboard? The right side of the keypad curves inwards. Its better for your wrist.

Stick seems very very nice, but 300$ is out of the question for me… sorry, good luck selling it.

If its so valuable/sentimental to you, i suggest you just keep it.

it looks sexy

The buttons are only slanted like that because on old japanese cabinets with a two player control panel the seating arrangement is:

Player 1 facing :u:_____Player 2 facing :ub:

Modern 2 player control panels do not have this slant and the second player is not facing the screen from such an extreme angle:

For 300 dollars the stick better be a transformer.

On a six button setup you should omit the first two buttons, not the last two.

Well anyone who orders a custom stick from me can get any layout you want…

I did the layout for this stick like that because I think its way more comfortable. Don’t knock it till you try it…

Anyway, if you look at Hori’s SC3 stick… http://www.crookedjester.com/sticks/stick01.jpg you will see that they too omit the last two buttons, not the first two.

I’m not knocking it, I’m just pointing out why people keep saying your layout is weird.

Generally the first two buttons are omitted and that’s what people are used to seeing.

I don’t understand why you link to a picture of two sticks with 8 buttons?

Look at the image again and look at the Soul Calibur 3 stick… notice where the red buttons are, those are the default buttons of Cross, Square, Triangle and Circle. Notice that they are on the LEFT, not shifted one to the rigt like the Tekken stick would be.

I guess the question is why would anybody want the SC setup for a six button fighter?
