It seems like he used it as anti-air/akuma’s vortex and anti-backdash/jumpback against akuma. Nice to know Itabashi’s playing again…

Input your 720 on the ground (itabashi was just getting up), then finish in the up directional you want. You have to delay your button press for just a hair, so you activate right as you jump.

^^^ That chun Scrimps got top 16 or maybe 32 at seasons beatings and is very solid. That akuma spriggan knocked pr balrog into losers and got top 16 at seasons beatings both are top 10 in the Midwest for sure. So they are good.
