Alright, everything is coming together… cept’ for TJ, who was incorrect about the movie Shoot em’ up. :sad: That movie made me feel uncomfortable and slightly violated, there were some cool scenes, but nothing like Hard Boiled. Perhaps you haven’t seen Hard Boiled, that is a gun movie. That is THE GUN MOVIE. Directed by John Woo, made in the ninties I think, hell, you work at a movie place, just get it and be amazed.

I will designate myself as target dummy for anyone who needs to practice MVC2 tonight. It’ll be one slight step up from playing the AI, since I can sometimes AHVB. Fun times will be had by all. I’m also kind of interested in actually learning how to play CVS2. Watching videos for it is dope, but I never learned how to properly play the game. I just kind of walk around, hit buttons, and occasionally do a random super. Learning would be nice.
I work until 6:30 again tonight, so I’ll head on over sometime after that. A friend of mine from back home just recently moved to Pittsburgh and he might be down for some games, too. He’s probably even scrubbier than I am since he hasn’t had anyone to play against for a couple of years since I moved away, but he used to play a decent Millia in the days of XX. He also has a couple of sticks (Tekken 5 HRAP and Hori Fighting Stick II), so that could be a plus. He might be busy this evening, but he said he’ll definitely be down for playing sometime.

I can’t fucking win. I just hit up Amazon, figuring I would order a copy of AC there since Gamestop didn’t even get any copies. Amazon estimated that it would take until the middle of OCTOBER to even ship the game, and I wouldn’t get it until early November. Needless to say, I cancelled that order with the quickness. Apparently I’m not meant to play Guilty Gear… :sad:

yo, im new im trying to make a transition from SSBM to GG(which i know are in two diff leauges) anyways, is there any news about the Wii adaptation of AC comapred to the ps2 version. I don’t have a PS2 but i dont wanna buy the Wii version if it wont be used @ tourneys etc. Umm i’ll be lurking here pretty often now @ least until i get a copy of GGXXAC and study the metagame/practice technical skill…oh man being a newb again will suck.
btw i play a very small amount of marvel and can only use team scrub

As far as AC on the Wii goes, I don’t really know anything about it, but there aren’t any sticks for the Wii, are there?
well i’d assume if nintendo were smart they make GG compadible with the GC controller ports(cuz no one wants to play that shyt with a Wiimote), if so then i hope there are some converters that support the gameube ports.
