** Focusattack.com fighting game store **

Thanks for the suggestion on the arceye3. I may have to go with the http://groovygamegear.com/webstore/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=306 as my LED controller, as I don’t think the Sparky or the one shown or the arceyes will work with the LEDblinky software (used to program button light patterns on the fly depending on what game I have loaded).

Will the uila and/or the arceye work with that LED controller? The Sparky comes with some wiring harnesses, but that LED Wiz just has screw posts.

Also, can the RGB Uila S not produce white light? Is that the purpose of the Uila S Flash?

I was just showing you the easiest way to add Led’s to Sanwa push buttons there RGB Led’s so they can be added to any RGB controller just not plug & play like with the Remora Led controller. This is not the proper thread for discussing Led’s not sold by Focus Attack and I suggest you visit the corresponding thread.

Made a order after midnight last night, shipped at lunch today.

Hey jman, have you guys consider to include the Seimitsu’s balltops?

I know you already have the bubbletops, but the solid balltops from Seimitsu have a more rich colors and they also have a different hue from Sanwa’s colors and since you will have some of Seimitsu buttons coming next month they could have a perfect match with the correct colors.

Jman - I have an order I got in with a scuffed up FH case. Sent emails, got one reply from support, they said they were forwarding to service, haven’t heard back since.

Order number 13607. Could I get a hand here?

Package arrived on time, was packed fine. Really liking the LS-58 and the larger feet on one of my TE sticks.

Thanks for great service. I’ll be picking up some PS-14-G’s when you get them in.

This is where its at I need like 3 sets of 8 I don’t know why every store has the same thing flooded with all Sanwa there are like 4 US stores that sell arcade parts and the only seimitsu option for buttons is clear

seimitsu has a lot of other cool stuff

Not everyone is on Sanwa’s dick like that

You run a store and fill it with what you like and then you will have no more problems

I agree that Seimitsu has a lot more to offer. Part of the issue is popularity. Sanwa is very popular, which means the units move faster than Seimitsu. We have to carry what people want, and often that’s Sanwa. Mind you, we still do plan to carry additional Seimitsu products.

To better manage what we can afford to carry, we set up a budget for new products for each quarter. Here’s what we plan to release by September 15th:
[]Mix and Match OBSN, OBSF and OBSC buttons
[
]MadCatz TE Regular, Extended, Full Plexis, and Bottom plexis

Sanwa silent joystick and buttons
We’ve hesitated to carry Sanwa’s new line because of cost. Those silent joysticks don’t come cheap - about $75 retail. There are alternatives abound such as optical, but players still want the authentic Sanwa joystick and buttons. Those buttons won’t be mix-and-match and currently only come in OBSF. We’re working to get dampening washers made so players can have silent buttons in a variety of types.

I also agree that we pushed off Seimitsu in light of this, but certainly haven’t forgotten them. This is why we have a budget for each quarter.

Personally I’m uncertain since I have not yet installed a LS-58 into an SE. The MS plate is compatible with the TE, and was built to match the Sanwa JLF’s P1 plate, so it should work.

Not at this time, though we may carry them in 2013. We don’t have a supplier for those yet.

My apologies to you - we couldn’t get them this quarter due to the need to carry other items, but will have them next quarter as we have them in place within our 4th qtr budget. Akishop has them for now.

MS, RE, and SS mounting plates all fit in the standard MadCatz bracket.

Crouching Tiger,

Thanks again for the props to site design. I’m a graphic designer myself, which is (thankfully) why the site looks okay. :"] That said, I’m thankful that Rosserooster was able to answer some of your questions regarding the MCC, LEDs and USB connectors.

Hi motoh - we got your forwarded email, and 2nd posted email. I accidentally replied to our support team because he forwarded your message. I sent you a reply message regarding that. We’ll need to see photos because each case is packed in a thick bubblewrap by FH, which we keep on during shipping. Unless the post office tore the cardboard package and popped the bubblewrap during shipping, the scuffs had to exist on the joystick before it was wrapped by Foehammer.

We’ll look into adding the Seimitsu line of solid balltops along with PS-14-G. I’m afraid that we had to push off the Seimitsu lineup until 4th qtr, but that’s when we’ll launch them for sure.

Hey Jman,
Will the .110 quick disconnects you sell catch onto 22 gauge wire?

Yes.

hey jman i miss my order status is shipped but its about 90 day now
Order #2030

regards
isaac

Hi Isaac,

According to our logs, your order was shipped via First Class International on June 15th, which makes 67 days. As we mentioned in our store FAQ, that cheaper shipping method can take up to 90 days to arrive because it is the slowest, and has no specific tracking. We’re attempting to review any possible information about the shipment - it is likely that the shipment is in your country’s customs area, which can be held for a while depending on how your country’s customs process works. Unfortunately we cannot move that process any faster.

We always recommend a faster shipping method, such as Priority Mail, because it has better tracking and faster ship times, though more expensive.

Hey Jman, I tweeted to get a 5% off coupon, but when I try to use it in the coupon code box, it says that the coupon isn’t applicable to any of the items in my cart…=/ Can you help me out?

Ohh nvm, I noticed this promotion was only until july 30.

We’ve extended the promotion, but the codes are switched up weekly. Can you try tweeting again?

I actually tweeted 4 extra times, but it gave me the same non-usable code.

We’re looking into the issue. It appears that our promo app didn’t save the newest Twitter coupon code. Should be fixed within an hour.
