Damn, USPS hasn’t updated our shipment status for like 5 days now =(. I hope that doesn’t ruin our impression of focus attack.
It doesn’t look like the order has been placed yet.
@Makross: One of the most common misinterpretations we get from international customers is that if the USPS doesn’t update the status of a shipment, focusattack.com is responsible for that. Many customers order First Class International because it’s the cheapest method to ship globally. Because of that, we place notices all around the site - our FAQ, Shipping section, and even checkout - explaining what First Class actually does:
Cheaper international shipments, such as First Class International shipments, can take between 21 to 90 days to arrive at your country. First Class International Mail does not provide accurate tracking information once it leaves the US. You may find that your tracking information stops at “Processed through sort facility”. First Class International’s tracking process stops updating once the item leaves the USA, and updates only after the item either reaches the customs facility in your country, or is delivered. If shipping time or detailed tracking is important, we highly recommend choosing Priority Mail International.
To explain further, if you received a message from Focusattack.com that a product has been shipped - it’s indeed shipped. This means the order is no longer in our possession, and enroute via the shipping method you chose. We cannot control what happens to it because we don’t have it anymore. It’s status will depend on the USPS and your country’s custom’s processes. If you chose First Class International, there is no point-to-point tracking, and can take weeks to arrive. Again, we try to let you know well before checkout, and during checkout, that this shipping method will take the longest.**
@Shichi: Again, we’re placing an order with our supplier. There are processes that must occur before the contents of that order is sent. The products also won’t arrive the next day because it is imported from Japan.
The Sanwa LB-35 clear balltop was unexpectedly the most popular balltop this month, and of the 50 we had for the debut here, were sold out quickly. We’re placing another order with our supplier for 75pcs, but do not have an exact ETA. We’ll likely have in two weeks time.
I got the last 2 of those along with a paewang pcb =)
Don’t get me wrong, we know that USPS is another part of the whole process and you guys have nothing to do about it. I was just pointing that they were making you guys look bad.
We took your advice, and that’s the shipment we used. Since we’re first time costumers we don’t know much about how USPS works, and that sudden lack of updates made us nervous >-<.

If you are ordering internationally via USPS, once your package leaves the “The Lower 48”, you package is considered to be in the either
Nevermind, the parts are in Chile now lol. From 20-90 days to almost a week for just 20bucks, awesome.
Just bought my first round of all white Sanwa buttons and balltop for my all black dual modded TE. Thank you for being so nice and inexpensive!
Ah - thanks for clarifying. We occasionally get a message from customers that order the cheapest international shipping method, but still wonder why their order hasn’t arrived in a few days. We’re trying to add new international shipping methods over time, but Priority is the safest of the USPS for global.
I know I was just quoting you so Brosnan could see since he was asking about it after you just mentioned the clear balltops. Hopefully he got the notification that I quoted him.
Thanks for clearing it up. Sorry about that. Japan is currently on a national holiday tomorrow and Friday so our orders will be processed on Monday.
Psh, bums. What ever happened to Japanese work ethic?!

Strange question: I just bought a TP-MA and it works just fine, but I notice a small squeaking noise when moving the joystick sometimes. Was just wondering if there was any to fix this as it bothers me a little
I’ve had parts in my cart for a week, I knew there was a promo code coming. Thank you sir:)
Hi all,
It took several months for the molds to complete, but if you own a Sanwa JLF and always wanted to get a GT-Y we have a new product that I think will com in quite handy:
JLF GT-Y Octagonal Restrictor Plate Insert

JLF GT-O Circle Restrictor Plate Insert

The idea behind the inserts comes from one of our most popular items, the Sanwa GT Y Octagonal Restrictor Plate. When you usually buy the octagonal plate insert, you’re also buying the same restrictor plate that comes with most Sanwa JLF-series joysticks. Now, you can buy just the insert for $3.00 - a nice savings over the original GT-Y. Now, with the purchase of the Sanwa JLF-TP-8YT Joystick, each insert costs just 95 cents!
We now have both the GT-Y and GT-O inserts available for purchase. If you’ve always picked up the GT-Y to get a smooth command motion, or wanted to try out a true no-corners guide, you can do it now and save!
Homeless,
We haven’t hard of this issue before, but if the squeakiness is an issue, you could replace the individual microswitch that is causing the squeaking. knowledge of soldering is required, however. Our product page for a replacement Sanwa MS-0-2P microswitch has a great video by Nerrage the instructs you how to install it.
