Oh shit happy birthday TJ. Also, unless some shit was spilled on it or somethin, the prongs might need cleaned or you may need a new wire. If the rest of the stick is working its probably 1 of the 2. Bad connections are usually caused by that somewhere. Buttons are easily replaced though, just pop out and replace.
Edit: I didn’t try the Pitt ID yet cause its at my house 
as for the button lets test out cleaning the connections first and if that doesn’t work try a different wire. If THAT doesn’t work then it must need a new button.

So I got BoomBlox to work… but my TV goes dark. Really dark. I don’t know why. But it’s dumb and I have to switch between video and cable inputs to get it to normal color.
