Sieshin, Yep the projector will be a huge help and the TV’s That David Left Behind :).
AfterMidnight, Pre Registering is Not necessary, but it will help me greatly to have everyone’s names already in my Tournament Maker Rather than Re entering. So it’s mostly for a Good Idea.
The Day of the tourney I’m gonna have people just sign up again anyways and write them on a paper, then after everyone’s signed up I’ll add them to my Tournament Maker Program and create the brackets from there, but I’ll have most preregs already in there so it’ll save time. There’s gonna be a SHITLOAD of people not only for this but Smash as well, so the smoother I can have brackets being run, the better for all of us.
Also I increased the Team Max to 16 which is a total of 48 People. I doubt we’ll have that many Teams enter, but you never know. Seems like a lot of people from All over Florida are helping to hype this up so I’d have no problems adding more teams if need be.

and to Mavrick:
No problem putting you on the bottom of the bracket, but if you’re gonna be late after I’ve played every single match up until your name, I’ll have to put you in the losers, but You should be there in time, I won’t start HDR til after 5.
I’ll be honest though, I’ve gotten about 20 pre regs now, and only 1 person has signed up for HDR, and that’s Mavrick, I won’t pull the game from the list cause I’m sure at least 10 others when the day comes, but I probably won’t have this running on anymore than 3 Tv’s at this rate.
The doors open at 8 am to the place. But nothing starts really til after 1. Unfortunately My family will be out of town again, but I switched my shift with my brother and he’s coming in early at 11:30 am So I’ll be there by noon to get everything fully set up and ready to rock by 1:00 Pm. We have that location til 2/3 am into Sunday So it’s gonna be a blast.
Also want your guys opinions. We have a live band from 8-9pm Sharp, so at 9 they’re done and we can get back to gaming.
What do you guys think if I have all the tourneys done, but at 9 pm do either the final 3 players for each game just play on the projector, or should I just end it as it ends before the 8-9 period. I think it would be great to have everyone around for the finals watching together. Or maybe have the final 8 players play on the projector?
I’m also really hoping that Capcom releases the championship pack for SF4 before May 30th, so we can save the matches and post them all to youtube effortlessly.

10 dollar door fee to the event
does that only apply to those who are playing in the event or everyone? My wife would like to come to watch, does she have to pay 10 bucks to watch?
Spectators, Wives, Children, Etc. Will not have to pay :). However if she’s interested in the Band and to watch during that part of the night(From 8-9) she would need to pay for a wristband. Otherwise all day long it’s free for spectators.
Now that I personally think about it, it’ll be at me and Florida Gaming’s discretion on wives/or non gamer spouses, prolly won’t have to worry about getting a wristband at all, be kinda hard to check on everyone when the band comes.

Everybody on the list has signed up for at Least Street Fighter 4, and then a few for the team tourneys and HD remix.
Please guys I know a lot of you are coming that always feel too good to register in advance. It would be a great help if you could fill it out so I can make the lists bigger and get even more people interested. Once I get more filled out, I’ll divide up the pre reg list by each games entered and such. Less than a month away, this is gonna be great.

I plan on starting it most likely after the Sf4 Main event tourney or the Dan Tournament, The Dan tournament would prolly be done in like an hour anyways. The Team Tourney will be heck of a lot of fun and will prolly do it all on the projector for everyone to watch.
As for registering for Teams, Just check it when you register so I have an idea of how many possible people are gonna play, then the day of the tournament, when I start asking for actual team members we’ll take care of it then.
But yes if you have friends coming, be sure they register for me just so I have all the names on my computer ready to make brackets easier.
