gief. not necessarily his moveset, but the way you have to fight against him. not exactly something for a highlight reel.
C. Viper is, in my opinion, the flashiest; lightning, fire, and dust all over the place. And I personally find Blanka the most boring to watch.
I’d vote Gen. Watching Yeb play is amazing. Sometimes it brings chills… hahaha!
I asked him to sign my stick. He said he will as soon as he develops a “Yeb” signature. 
Second would have to be Viper. Third maybe Cammy?
I’d say Gief is the most boring. I don’t really like playing them too much.

Guile is the flashiest character in the game, uh didn’t you guys read the manual, hold down for like 2 seconds then hit up and kick, jesus.
Actually after thinking about for a minute, after seeing the mostly the same stuff recycled for over a year, I think the new characters are the flashiest, but the obvious choices are el fuerte akuma and viper.

Edit: Oh yeah and can’t forget Balrog.
Ryu is insanely boring, it’s only fun when you see him pull off a FADC combo into Ultra.
I mean they’re good but… Block string, fireball, fireball, jump in block string, hadouken, hadouken, poke poke poke xx hadouken and then WHOA UMESHORYU FADC ULTRA WHOOOAAA!!!

Iono why but I find ryu insanely entertaining, even when hes just playing footsies and stuff, but the most entertaining characters to watch have to be akuma and viper for me,
and the most boring by far is blanca, he can just suck a dick, no offense to any blanca user
Most boring to spec have to be Ken, Ryu, Zangief, Blanka, Bison, Balrog, Sagat, Akuma, Honda…what.
