Chun Li - throw her projectiles in 3 different poses, same thing when she steps on your head

Abel - i just like his style, just manhandles people…
Dhalsim - from way back in SF2, always love seeing this guy win fights, it looks so impossible.

people never play them and when you usually encounter one of them you know the other guy is going to be skillfull and flashy

Really depends on who is playing, but it’s really really impressive when you see someone take a character who’s “flashy” abilities are pretty much unknown and does things with them you didn’t know were possible
As a Gen player, I vote Viper.
Flashiest? C.Viper
Most fun to watch? Chun-Li for me.
Rufus and Viper are the flashiest. Both have great looking moves and some of the flashier ultras, Viper is all over the map, covered in flames and electricity while Rufus is a jiggling fat guy with a fast character’s move set, spinning, diving and flipping all over the place and a raise the roof ultra.

cviper- hands down flashiest. when you get to play flashM all the time, there’s no other character on vipers lvl when it comes to flashiness. there’s just so much you can do with super jump cancells and feints.

i’d say it would be a tie between gen and an offensive seth. gen got his crazy long winded combos and seth has crazy cross ups and resets.
everyone else after that are just about equally boring.
I voted for Fuerte, but there is one thing I forgot to mention (and no one mentioned) watching a GOOD sakura is quite inspiring, my jaw dropped when I saw Sabre in Evo against Valle. Also recently, I watched a great Sakura VS. Bison reply on PSN and let me tell you, that Sakura (I think the username is KURO-SS, not sure) was a monster, wiped the floor with the Bison guy. So, my second vote goes for Sakura no doubt.
