I think a pro-level Ken always drops my jaw. Especially since Ken has so many loop holes in his moves set.
Before I would have said viper, but after a while its all FFF psych outs or launcher > bk > ultra. Not saying she’s boring but akuma has a much more robust tool set from hk loops, demon flip resets, jab sweep combos that lead into 4 way vortices and of course crowd pleasing raging demon baits. I like him for the fact that a lot of the high level stuff he can do isn’t guaranteed damage
some of ken’s combos are awesome to look at, they’re all flashy (literally) coz they use a ton of ex and are full of multi-hit moves but (possibly?) have some kind of practical purpose.
cut scene dante in DMC3 is the flashiest character ever. in game, not so much.

Feurte is flashy ? He does simple input single hit specials on wake up

Raise the Rufus. but yeah it’s probably factually C.Viper since one of her achievement titles from hard trial is “Fire and Lightning”. that screams DnD. nothing’s flashier than the elements. not to forget her seismo freaking hammer.

If “flashy” equals “entertaining to watch”, then Gen is pretty much my pick. That bastard jumps around like a ferret on speed, and he’s got the “dirty old mentor” thing down as well.

I dono about flashy but I love watching Abel’s and Sim’s
I like flashy characters so C.Viper was an obvious choice. Tired of the world warriors. Daigo somehow makes Ryu look flashy. I would say the new flashiest character is Gen though. Those slap chop combos and the way he can kill you Hokuto no Ken style is too GDLK. Gen is the sexiest old man in any fighting game.

I wanna learn her simply cuz I love to watch a good Viper fight (I lick complete and total ass with Viper, but since the game first came out, she was the character I wanted to learn to use)
Gen looks pretty cool too.
I’d like to see Bison with more purple stuff though (alt costume???) to make him flashier though. Purple flaming SK ftw
edit: I also still think some of Seths combos (while simple), look badass
