The good news is: I have started Chapter 17.

Chapter 18: The New Murder.
Define fear.
What?
What is fear??
fear is what you are scared of.
Then, what do you fear?
I dont know.
Are you scared of death?
Well yeah, everyone do.
Then, you fear death.
But, is death an object?
Nope. It was a thing that will happen when you were killed or when your heart stops beating.
Then, if you see something that scares you to death, what would happen?
I would scream for my life.
Are you scared of anything?
Well, if you want an answer, I would give you an example, I am scared of wolves.
Okay, if the wolves are going to kill you, what will happen?
I would still try to struggle to survive.
But, if the fear overcomes you, what will happen?
God knows.
So, the word fear can affect you a lot, especially the way you fight.
So, if you want to win a fight, then you must overcome the fear.
If you dont overcome the fear, then theres no chance you can win the fight.
In China.
A woman in blue suit and white boots was talking with another person.
She was inside a dark room, filled with many televisions in different channels. Below the televisions, there are several control panels and keyboards in controlling the televisions.
Look at this one You see the corpse, look closely to that corpse. That woman spoke to him pointing to one of the television screen.
Whats wrong with this corpse? The man looked at the television screen. His face was full of curiosity.
Look at his eyes! His eyes were wide open, apparently in a shocked status. The woman continued her reasoning.
Yeah It was like he saw something scary. The man followed.
Something like his worst nightmare, I guess. She continued.
What could his worst nightmare? The man asked.
How do I know? Can you tell me the answer?? Serge? The woman knocked her head.
Maam! I got a report that theres an eye witness of this murder!! A man in a red uniform rushed into the office and reported.
Whoa, it was the first survivor of this kind of murder In our records, there had been no eye witness and even survivors in this murder scene. The woman commented.
Who is the survivor? The serge demanded. He wanted to know if the eye witness had actually seen the murder.
He calls himself Strider Hiryu The man in red uniform reported. Do you wish to see him?
Goddamn it of course!! The serge screamed as he shoved the red uniform man out from the office.
Wait a min I need to the man in red uniform couldnt finish the sentence before he was being kicked out from the office.
What an impatient serge.
The woman remained silent. She was suspecting about a thing.
What was that thing?
It was the first ever survivor of this kind of continuous murder. In the past three weeks since this kind of massacre started, there had been no survivor within the murder scene. Meaning that theres no eye witness since this kind of massacre started!!
There even had no way to prevent this kind of massacre from happening!!
Why? Because the murder was totally out from control.
After the murder left, all was left were all the dead corpses and nothing else.
It was like the murder was actually the god of death. Death comes whenever you cross his path. And it wasnt pretty at all.
Soon, the red uniform man brought the survivor back to the office.
The blue suite woman signaled all other officers out from the room except the serge.
Serge then closed the door behind him and turned the light brighter.
NO!! NONO!! No lights!! the survivor suddenly screamed.
The woman signaled the serge to shut down the lights.
There must be something that made him scared of the light!
The woman turned to start talking with the survivor, who called himself as Strider Hiryu.
So, Strider, did you spot exactly what had happened there? the woman began.
Yes He said. His tone was broken, and filled with fear.
What had happened? The woman continued.
He killed everyone Strider answered with another broken tone. Obviously he was being shocked by the murder scene.
Chun-Li, his voice is scared, is there any other way to help him?
The blue suit woman didnt reply. She was still thinking.

Chapter 18: The New Murder continued…
Two days ago.
Strider left Japan to China to search for the root and learn the nature environment.
When he was inside a city, preparing to buy some nourishment to keep himself from hunger for the next week, he noticed a commotion from an angle of the city.
Strider then walked there to find out what had happened.
It was two fighters fighting. It was a regular fight, due to some conflict between two impatient people.
Strider felt bored about the two fighters, on the other hand, they are not worthy for Strider to fight against. So he left the fight.
Just then, he felt a flash of danger drawing near.
He turned his head around to see who, and where the danger was from.
Suddenly, he saw a person, at about the same size as Strider himself, was dashing toward the city from outside of the city.
Strider felt that he wasnt friendly at all. So he got to fighting stance even-though that person was still at least a kilometer away from him.
The guards at the city-gate noticed the invader and made a block stance, in trying to prevent the invader from invading this city.
But no The invader just finished both guards with only one slap!!
Strider knew that he wouldnt be able to handle him alone, he decided to retreat.
But the invader just chase after him!!
In Striders eye, he managed to see his clothes and his skin color.
His clothes were purple, along with black belt around his waist.
His skin color was dark. As Strider picked up his head to see his face while retreating, he saw that the invader had no pupils!! His eyes was purely red, flashing with red!!
Suddenly, another fighter came.
He had a long, blonde hair, and on his skin there was a tattoo of snake. He was also wearing a mask, along with claws on his right hand.
Halt!! the fighter shouted as he jumped in front of the invader. You are not yet welcome here.
The invader didnt stop dashing; instead, he just tackled the fighter in front of him, causing himself on top of the fighter.
The invader just kept pounding onto the fighters face.
Within five punches, the fighters face was far from recognizable.
Stop it!! Stop! two other fighters came as they saw the invader killing the fighter on the ground.
Vega! another fighter saw the fighter on the ground. It seemed that Vega was being whipped by the unfriendly invader.
At this time, many people were watching this fight.
The two fighters, one was black, along with blue shirt and blue shorts. He was also wearing white boots. He was missing a tooth in his mouth Barlog. Another one was wearing eye-cover on his left eye. He was half naked; wearing only shorts. Saget.
The invader picked his head up, and saw two other fighters standing in front of him.
Howl!! The invader howled as he let go from Vega on the ground and attacked the two fighters in front of him.
This time, they were prepared. Yet the invader was too fast for them to handle.
Ugh! Saget groaned as the invader suddenly popped to Sagets back and gave a fierce punch on his back!!
Barlog tried to save Saget from further damage by giving a punch onto the invaders face.
But it didnt even daze him a bit!
The invader just turned his head and faced Barlog.
Roar~~!!! The invader just gave out a loud roar as his knee suddenly stabbed onto Barlogs stomach!!
At the same time, Strider was at a corner, hiding, and checking every single move of that invader.
Ansatsuken style fighting?? The Shoto fighting style?? Strider commented. His eyes was wide open, his mouth was open as well. Finally, he decided to put his cape over his mouth and nose, and prepare to sneak around the corner to have a closer look at the invader.
But The invader was too fast for Strider to see it clearly.
The invader kept torturing the three fighters that attempted to stop him.
Sto Saget started to shout as he tried his Tiger Punch onto the invaders back.
The invader didnt turn his head around, not even his body. He only threw Vega right at the path of the Tiger Punch!!
Vega gave out a loud groan as the Tiger Punch landed onto Vegas stomach!
The invader didnt stop here; he continued his destroying by capturing Barlog and held his head down. At the same time, his knee gave a hard kick onto Barlogs face!!!
Who was that invader anyways?? He could only destroy the three fighters!!
From the invaders mouth, he grumbled Gouken! Gouken! Gouken!
Gouken?? Isnt he Ryu, Ken, Sakura, and Dans master?
How did the invader know about him?
Saget dashed toward the invader, and this time, his right arm was about to punch the invaders face for sure. This time, it might be able to stop the invader for a minute
Still, the invader was still too fast for Saget to punch him
The invaders left arm blocked Sagets attack, with his right punch
POW! Saget spat out blood as he groaned by the invaders punch onto his stomach!!
Vega managed to stand up. But not for long.
The invader then shouted something that scared all the people around him, including Strider.
Shun-Goku-Sattsu!! the invader screamed as his left arm caught onto Vegas chest, and his right arm holding Sagets head. Barlog was lying on the ground within a meters distance between himself and the invader.
Just then, everything went white

Use different kind of attacks possible.
Okay. What if all your attacks are effortless to the enemy except one, last move?
Then I would use the last move.
But the chance in success is less than one out of 50, would you still use it?
Yes.
The chance is less than two percent, would you rather use it?
Yes.
But this move has the possibility to destroy you too, meaning that this move is a sacrificing move. Would you STILL use it?
Yes. I have to risk it.
What would happen if you fail?
God knows.
But, its worth a try, perhaps, the two percent actually happened on that time. You would thank god for that.

So. For most people, they would answer this: I would risk it.

He had been charging the cannon for over four minutes Meaning that the cannon is already at full.

Zero, who was standing beside Dr. Doom, still gave no reaction until X gave out his fully charged plasma cannon. Zero started screaming

As for Dr. Doom, he didnt have the chance to scream His face was being busted By Xs plasma beam Or, should we call it the plasma destroyer?
The next thing happened was a giant plasma beam, with the radius of more than a hundred meters (300 feet) wiping throughout half of the headquarter
At the same time.
From the sky looking at Hs Headquarter, you could see a plasma beam, starting from the center of the headquarter, spreading out at a direction, wiping out everything the beam goes.
Outside the headquarter was a seaport, an abandoned seaport. Next to the port was the ocean.
The beam also destroyed the whole seaport, and vanished into the ocean.
In the next minute, the ocean gave out a loud explosion. Like a nuclear bomb was just dropped into the ocean!!
Ocean gave out a giant splash, splashing all around the center. After that, everything just went back to normal, except a ruined port, and The half-destroyed Hs headquarter.
Above this ocean flew a helicopter, a typical helicopter. Inside the helicopter were 4 people. Two helicopter pilots. On the back was another man.
Spider Man.
What was he doing here??
Wasnt he supposed to be in Canada?
Whoa Amazing power Who did it anyways? Spider Man looked down at the center of explosion.

How did he know? Who was he anyways?
Zero Are you sure that it was X down in this headquarter? And Who is X anyways? Spider Man turned his head around to see the man in the shadow.

Zero!? Wasnt he supposed to be in the Hs Headquarter?? Wasnt he just right behind Dr. Doom when X fired the plasma cannon in Hs Headquarter??
The shadow figure moved up and walked out from the shadow. He was revealed to be Zero!!!
He has red helmet, red armor, and long blonde ponytail on the back. He was doubtlessly Zero!!
Then, who is Zero in the Hs Headquarter??
X is my best friend I just got the information that X is in the Hs Headquarter from the satellite system I hacked I just know that Hs Headquarter was being altered by an unfriendly invader! I knew that X is in danger!! Zero commented with serious face yet worried.
Spider Man remained silent as he turned his head to the start point of the plasma beam.
Um Sir, can we land somewhere near this headquarter? Zero turned to the two pilots.
Sure. The pilot gave a thumb in signaling that he had approved Zeros request.

** Chapter 19: Zero VS One continued…**
In Hs Headquarter. Well, half destroyed Hs Headquarter.
The smoke and sand were flowing everywhere in the destroyed headquarter.
As the smoke cleared away, there was a shadow, in half-kneeling pose. It was X.
X was half kneeling. His right hand on the ground, his left hand holding his right hand, his right knee was on the ground with another knee managed to hold.
X was panting hard. His face was down, looking at the ground.
Ha Ha Ha X panted loudly.
Do robots tire? Yes, when the energy or the fuel was running out, the robot would tire too.
As X managed to pick his head up, he saw Dr. Doom lying on the ground.
He could be dead, considering the power of the plasma destroyer.
Beside Dr. Dooms body was Zero. Or was he Zero?
Ha Ha Ha X still panted loudly.
But The fight was still not over yet
Why? X already won the fight. Since Dr. Doom was already dead on the ground.
But, the fight was till not over yet.
Because, Zero stood up.
Is he the real Zero??
You Killed My Creator Zero hissed has he stumbled toward X.
Zero!! The creator is not him!! We have the same creator!! X tried to explain.
But Zero kept stumbling forward. He kept hissing Creator is Dr Doom
What had happened to Zero, anyways?
No Xs voice broke as he watched Zero hopelessly.
Zero still stumbled forward, and took out his green saber from his leg.
You Are Still My Enemy Zeros voice hissed as he turned the saber on.
At the same time, He looked at Zeros chest, the blast X had fired had busted Zeros armor. It exposed the damaged machinery inside this armor.
X suddenly noted something inside the damaged machinery.
Shit! I should have killed you instead of sparring you!! X groaned. He finally understood what exactly had happened.
But
X was running out of energy, and he was too tired to start another fight.
f fuck! X groaned as he tried to return to his fighting stance from half kneeling.
But Firing out a fully charged plasma cannon, had not only drained most of his energies in his body, but also severely damaged Xs armor and body.
To be clear, X couldnt fight any longer.
Zero picked up his saber. He was ready to kill X once for all.
But, no. Zero couldnt do it. Because another Zero appeared behind and fired a fireball onto Zeros saber. It disarmed Zeros saber.
Dont do anything foolish The undamaged Zero said as he showed up from the ruins.
Zero! I am glad you are all right! X saw undamaged Zero walking toward the damaged Zero.
X You beat me, and I am proud of you! the undamaged Zero praised X.
Heh Theres no time to joke finish that fake!! X forced a grin and fell onto the ground in exhaustion.
So, the Zero X had been fighting against was a fake. But, that Fake Zero is looking like the real one, go figures.
Zero then turned to Fake Zero.
It Cant Be the Fake Zero hissed as he saw Zero standing beside X.
You! Are you ready for round two!? Zero shouted as he armed his green saber onto his right hand.
Why You Are Still Alive? Fake Zero hissed again.
Because, I wont die if I havent kept my promise yet! Zero replied with stern voice. He is ready to fight.
What promise?
Heh Welcome back X gave out another grin as he was lying on the ground. X actually understood what Zero was talking about.
Fine You Will Face Your Fate Again Fake Zero hissed as he re-equipped his green saber.
I think you are speaking to the wrong person, after all. Zero replied right away, simultaneously, Zero dashed right toward the Fake Zero.
Fake Zero gave the reaction by dashing right toward Zero too!
Another fight will begin.
It will be Zero VS Zero, the Real VS the Fake.
Who will win the fight?

Great chapter, I had been wondering what was going to happen to X. As far as the clone of Zero goes, its not a bad idea, I like it, since in MMX2, I always wanted to play as Zero, and fight the Black Zero clone that was made.
Cant wait for the next chapter, probably a Ryu/Gouken, or Spiderman follow up?
