I think there should be like 6 final bosses. You beat 3 the other 3 jump in. Because every fighting game boss I ever played was way too easy and too soft. So I say put a mixture of the suggestions people are posting. Like for instance: Galactus, Dante’s Dad (Sparta), and maybe the final boss off of Rival Schools: The 2nd one, but tweaked a lil bit. But I’d love to have Sparta as a Final Boss.
That would probably be too dificult.
Besides, why would Galactus team up with anyone? Aside from his herald anyway.

there won’t be 2 final bosses or anything. just one, and considering it’s Marvel, not Capcom, that says the fans will enjoy it, it means it’s going to be a Marvel character (gotta admit, they have better ‘final boss’ type characters).
That ain’t to say you can’t capcomize it…give it T-Virus, or add the word Shin to his name

It’ll be capcom’s way to reinforce how broken that duo is in mvc2. Maybe give Magneto 3 lifebars or something.
And throw santhrax in as a bonus round somewhere mid-game.
I saw Sigma being thrown around and I was thinking how about Sigma fused with the Phalanx? In MvC1 Onslaught could summon chars to fight alongside him, so imagine him summoning phalanx infected characters to go in for the kill.
And since they said this game would have a strong storyline do you think there would be a main story mode that makes you play as preset chars at a certain point (the only thing that comes to mind would be subspace emissary in ssbb, since you had to play as certain characters and then it plays out a cutscene).
edit: or a tag team of the Cabal (basically a alliance of super-villians). Better watch out for the Doctor Doom assist!
It’s not going to happen, but Magneto should be the last boss. He should say “play time is over” then proceed to rape.
From the Capcom side, Seth sucked as a boss, I don’t want to see a boss that is just a combination of existing move sets. Gill should be a pre-boss and Bison should be the final boss.
If the player does very well, he can attain a secret boss stage battle, Galactus for Marvel side and some new version of Shin Akuma for Capcom side.

Yo that’s some good shit man. I could go for that idea.
I think they could make him viable. If Guile/Charlie got plasma waves added to their flash kick, just give Q/Balrog some big-ass energy waves in front of their punches so it’s like Thanos’ Charge or something.
In any event, I like the idea of combining powers from both universes, the way they did it in CVS2 for example with God Rugal and Shin Akuma absorbing eachother’s powers.
I would still like to see a team made up of members of both sides for the last bosses, but if it has to be a giant then I guess Galactus would be cool, doubly so if they give him some Capcom-related powers.
Only thing I hate about Giants like these is that Grapplers are pretty much shit outta luck against them. You can’t throw them and slow moves aren’t very good against full screen super lasers. It ends up just being a case of choosing a character with projectlies/beams and building meter until you can use a super.
