Final Boss Guesses?

I do . However I’m just Referring to the Infinity comics i read when thanos was being loyal to Death herself. Thanos is one of my favs in marvel. Just saying it would be cool to have him back again with possession of all six as a boss.

Soo… MSH’s final boss as MvC3’s final boss? Maybe you want him as a sub boss or a playable MSH version [ie w/ gems] of him instead? I think Pieman is just suggesting that it’s unlikely for Thanos to be the Final boss [again] when talks seem to address someone new being used.

note: i’ld like to see the return of MSH’s Thanos as playable or closer to it than MvC2’s Thanos

I was thinking if they decided to get some of the Marvel writers to make a decent plot, maybe a horrible mistake of nature combining a whole bunch of villains from both companies.

You know with Mahvel’s history of great, finely-tuned balance, that the final boss is obviously going to be an homage to David Sirlin. :coffee:

If its galactus then that would likely put silver surfer into the game as a playable character (or at the very least a sub-boss)… I’m down with that. The name of the title hints towards a galactic muther fucker anyhow and I just don’t see how they could seriously pass up on GALACTUS. When people think of big marvel or capcom villians… galactus is right up there at the top in visibility and yet he has no appearance yet? … my guess is that will change. Hell… if MvC 2 wasn’t so thrown together (oh my lord the sprites for abyss and the whole concept just DIDN’T fit as a boss… every time I’d fight him I’d just say to myself “wha…what game am I playing?”) they might have had galactus in mvc2.

Honestly I’m more wondering about a sub-boss because I honestly believe there is almost no way they’ll pass up on galactus (only thing that could nix it would be if somehow they didn’t have copyrights to him for some weird reason).

Tag team between Adolf Hitler from Bionic Commando and the Adolf Hitler that Captain America punched in the face back in the 40s. Capcom Hitler fights in a giant robot and Marvel Hitler uses his Hate Ray from his alias as the Hate-Monger (technically it was his clone, but whatev) and has Red Skull assist.

I think it’d be kind of bad-ass to have Joey Cuellar as the final boss if they make an upgrade.

Have him come, in O.G. ST Akuma style, and Hell-Murder Sirlin right before you are supposed to fight him.

Much agreed, i was aways felt like Abyss as a boss was way out from left field and random as hell. Im rooting for Galactus for the Marvel side but i hope Capcom has their own final boss as well(Shen Long)!

when you say Shen Long I assume you mean Gouken who might make a nice cap-com parallel to Norrin-Radd [aka silver surfer]

So here is my thoughts of a Cosmic Gouken

hadouken :qcf:+:p: one handed; button controls direction, and holding button will charge for up to 3 sec [4 hits]. full charge throws two [2 hit] projectiles [ex style] at different angles.
ashura palm :hcb:+:p: dashes forward with a palm strike; button controls range. hold button to finish with a [ex style] rising palm strike.
shoto flip :dp:+:k: aerial flip with multiple options after.
tatsu kyaku :qcb:+:k: a high kick followed by a [2 hit] spin kick in a given direction; button controls direction and taping the button increases the spins [ex style]
Mu counter hi :bdp:+:p: button controls duration Gouken stays in counter’s stance and dmg
Mu counter lo :bdp:+:k: button controls duration Gouken stays in counter’s stance and dmg
note: Gouken could be relatively slow but have semi-hyper armor on his specials.

Kinjite SRK [Lvl 1 super] his SF4 super; can be done in the air.
Kinjite Hadou [Lvl 1 super] diagonal volley of one handed [2 hit] hadoukens; can be done in the air [with Akuma-like effect].
Shin SRK [Lvl 3 super] maybe… :confused: maye not
Dejin Hadouken [Lvl 3 super] unblockable beam hadouken; does 1/2 dmg of ryu’s shinku hadouken and dizzies [or tags foe out].
