Apocalypse + Galactus + Abyss + Onslought + Cyber Akuma fused together = Cyber Apocalyptussought
Galactus will have a new herald selected from Capcom’s roster. 
Beat him then face the buffet-er of worlds.
note: not Cyber Akuma… maybe a Cosmic Gill with a silver [absolute-zero] and gold [super-nova] body…

man I hate people who seem to think Galactus wasn’t a completely badass being. Sure, he technically WASN’T a bad guy, but his nature was inherently bad. Don’t matter WHY you eat planets, you’re still a World Devourer. And quite often he had AMAZING battles. Hell, even look at what happened when Thanos tried to fuck with him on his own. Galactus can summon heralds, destroyer robots, and he wields the power cosmic. There’s a reason he is one of the higher tiers of Marvel character. Only chance anybody has of taking him down, is hoping he hasn’t eaten in awhile.

Except he isn’t that evil, it has been stated that he’s important to the cosmic balance. Besides, he’s not the type to invade other dimensions, so he wouldn’t make sense as a boss.

Annihilus got hit by Galactus Cosmic blast(the one that destroyed most of the A-Wave) amd survived without a scratch. Hell, Beta Ray Bill was able to weaken Galactus in his “Godkiller” mini series.
Really, there are better actual Marvel villains to pick from, especially on the Mystical side.
Possible Capcom bosses: Shin Akuma, Seth, Gill, Mundus, Sparda. I wanted to put in Nemesis but he wont be in it due to the vile appearance.
