So, this has been a problem for me ever since I installed a Link quick release on my Eightarc Fusion stick. Whenever I am trying to roll my stick for hado motions or shoryu motions it does not read the diagonal input. I need to pretty much hard press my stick to the down right position for it to register. Is there any help I can get in terms of trying to fix this problem or even how to begin troubleshooting it? Thank you.
What gates are you using with your joystick?
It is a square gate. The stock that comes with the qanba
do you have a multimeter, this happened to be and it turned out one of the wires from one of the microswitches needed to resoldered to the pcb.
I do not.
Quick link is just a shaft upgrade, it shouldn’t affect inputs…btw if all cardinal directions are working then the diagonals are working as well. So
Actually it doesn’t make sense. If cardinal directions are ok then the same goes for diagonals, so it seems the upgrade is somehow not helping you to reach the correct diagonal spot, the way you explain the problem makes it seem like your stick has some deffective micro but you are not complaining about cardinals…so that issue is really weird.
You could just get a bigger actuator.
