Fighting game players in New York City?

Hello, everyone!

First off, let me apologize as I’m not an avid player of fighting games (I rather suck at them actually). But!! I do find the fighting game community to be an interesting one, as I’m always seeing news stories about them all over the game world, and have thus decided to make the fighting game community the topic of my final ‘community’ paper for one of my college courses.

That said, I’m from New York City, and am looking to speak with a few heavy players of fighting games from the area. I’m currently devising a set of questions to ask those willing to participate. So please, if you can help me out, and want to represent the NYC fighting game community in my paper, please send me a PM. :slight_smile:

Also, I think this is the right forum to post this in. If not, it would be much appreciated if the site staff can move it to the proper area. :slight_smile:
