Fighting EX Layer for PS4: Terry Bogard not available on PSN Europe?

HI

i would like to buy this game, but I see that Terry bogard isn’t available in the PSN (italy in this case). The only 2 DLC are Hokuto (character) and Gougi pack.
Why? How can I buy it?

May have to do with a licensing issue in Italy.

Could try setting up an American profile to get the game that way.

Yes i tried with my american profile: the standard version already includes Hokuto and the Goiuji pack, but Terry Bogard isn’t available also in the American PSN… Are you able to see it (if you are from USA)?
