FGC Money - thread needs moved

I was wanting to do a paper on the financial aspect of competitive FGs. More specifically, the circulation of money in and around the FGC.

Basically, I’m looking for any and all sources of tournament prizes/winners, betting, the costs of running tournaments & streaming, traveling & rooming costs, entry fees, all of that.

Would appreciate any help or direction.

You should contact TOs who regularly run local events, weeklies, majors, of course the Evo organizers, the sponsors who support those events, etc…

Outside of those sources, you won’t find anything reliable besides stream monsters claiming how the Illuminati are all trying to make money off of us.
