The rest of the points dont matter because if anyone with 10 points gets first at the last ranbat, they only get 20 total and finesse still takes it so the only 3 left competing for the grand prize is finesse, amir and potter.

Good games to all, the sticks were pretty iffy for this tournament but still ended before it started freezing up. Props to Reset for beating finesse 2 sets to come out of losers bracket to win it. He was singing [media=youtube]BKp3Ic-8yvY"[/media] the whole time.
Magnetro said the videos should be up by the end of the week so keep your fingers crossed. There were alot of good matches in the finals.

I am really surprised that not many showed up because the day before a ton of people did. Maybe there was a tourney happening somewhere else. Only 15 people showed up : (.
Your commentary was very funny. The only thing I can suggest is just lower your voice or put the mic a bit away from you, hehe. But other than that your commentary was good.

Can we do like a constant seeding? Say for instance, Potter comes to the next tourney, deus does also. Those two don’t wanna play each other, first round is good, maybe even 2nd, but then the 3rd round they go up against each other. That might suck for them as of course neither of them would wanna eliminate one another. So if there was a constant seeding, one of those two would be switched. Which ever one is on the top of the bracket, would be switched automatically with whomever is on the congruent spot of the opposite side. It’s still done automatically, and it wouldn’t be abused as both people asking for the constant seeding must agree to it, and place the request BEFORE the tourney starts.
I really didn’t wanna play dan last tourney, and it sucked as we both went up against each other in the semi’s. Knowing he had a better chance against the others (finesse, reset) I let him win. That situation coulda been avoided. I know if potter and deus were in that situation they would have the same sentiment. Likewise soo and DC_static wouldn’t mind either. Before we get a bunch of losers saying no? Can I preemptively ask all nay-sayers, to provide solid reasoning behind banning such a rule? Thanks much.
I personally loved the opportunity to play against people I always battled against, each knowing the others game and when there’s something on the line you’re both pushed to the limit. When we used to all play marvel back in the day the RUN crew would always have to face off in tournies cause there was 10 of us, and we’d welcome it really. We had ranking battles just to see who was on top of every game. Hell a few weeks ago combofiend and I battled over who was the champ of skeeball/space invaders at a bar. There is no one who can really push you like your closet rivals can imo. Instead of moving around players constantly what should be happening is for dan? to strive to get better than you and be able to eliminate you without your assistance. :wasted:
