Is Cr.LK +4 on hit? You can link two Cr.LK so either its +4 or they didn’t nerf it to 4 frame startup.

cr.lk, st.lp, st.hp is a pretty damn reliable hit-confirm, and it also combos into RF. I think it might become Fei’s standard BnB
Tenshin > cl.hp > RF > ultra just feels right. I can see why they added that 1hp dmg to increase scaling, I just wish it was worth the meter 
Yeah, Fei’s Ultra buff kind of negates the RF in offensive situations but we knew that already.
How many characters will that work on though…not many I’d guess? I’m thinking his standard BnB will probably be cr.lk, cr.mp , cr.lp xx rekka, bigger damage than the old standard and easy links and will probably work on everyone. Also works as a frame trap. Substitute the Rekka for a Flame kick in some scenarios and you can into FADC and juggle the Ultra.

He’s saying that the 3 grounded juggle hits do more than the full animation because of the scaling, I’m not sure if that’s right though. Just test at and look at the values.
But the game doesn’t damagescale because of numbers of hits? It scales because of numbers of moves, where ultra moves counts as two hits - full animation or not. Well, that’s what I’ve always thought. I’ll test it later …

Ex tenshin is so fast, you don’t actually need a “setup”. And the normal tenshins works just like before.
I don’t see Fei being a threat in Ultra but I may be wrong. Hopefully he is. I enjoy watching him on stream even though some people think he’s boring, yet think Guile is hype…
