I never said it will be in “Cody’s favor” but it will be 5-5 for now. Again this info I gathered from many top players who feel Cody will be a beast along with Juri. If you don’t think so, Mago is now trying Juri because she is a strong character who only got stronger.
I will stick with Fei all the way! He’s going to be a good character still and only better if you’ve got the skills to use him. I hope no cry babies will continue to complain after the update.
They shouldnt he isnt “S” tier as they say. ITs crazy as Yun has no bad matchups but even with AE Fei he still has a handful
Don’t buy the hype on Juri myself, maybe she’s just under played. Mago will go Sagat. Sagat and Fei make a good pair tournament wise. Which also why I picked up the pair. Sagat covers the charge characters and the grapplers.

Man I started messing with Fei in vanilla because he was supposed to be my favorite character based off Bruce but during vanilla, he was a bit hard to get used to and then tried again with super. Been maining Fei ever since so I’m not gonna jump ship, I wish capcom hadn’t made him so extra strong in AE. He was already good enough in super.

Looks like there is gonna be more to worry about than Guile-Vega. Zangief on original AE was about super patience and footsies. But now it seems that Zangief can get some footsies in return. Especially with hard knockdown st. HP mixups.

Fuudo probably just needs to break his habit of throwing out that 2nd rekka so much. It seemed like he started doing it more and more every time I saw him play.
I seen a few of these matches and he rarely threw 2nd rekka on block. Its the damage he dosent have in these fights. When his health was down he had a hard time coming back. I have to look for the replays to post for all. But he saved the meter as fk>FADC was pointless

When does hitbox info normally come out i can see them messing around with fei’s hitboxes.
I find there’s alway’s a little Placebo effect when these thing’s happen.
Especially within the mid to lower range of players and Online warriors. If you were to tell people enough times that Hakan is top tier, they will eventually begin to fear him and adjust their play style. I think this will happen to Fei. There will be an instant change in game styles back to not respecting him.
Even though really, he’s not that different. The Damage reduction will make a difference though, those tight matches will be lost now.
I wouldn’t take much notice of the Fuudo results, he’s probably just been figured out. Remember his Fei was pretty fresh in this last year, and his play style was slightly different from Mago’s. The best thing about SF is you never make it, you have to level up every time you play. He probably just needs to level up.
With that lack of fear you mentioned I feel players will let lose on Fei. As of Fuudo being figured out, it didn’t look that way from what I seen. He rarely FK>fadc>cw. It was mostly ex rekka for pressure or using his normals for frame traps. the damage is not there and I compare it to PR Balrog. Once Balrog got nerfed in AE he struggled and he told me many times over. The damage isn’t there so I have to work twice is hard for a win. He also added that " with the damage nerf he (Fei) is free to me." he is one of the worlds best, so I will take his word
