My team of Mags/Sent/Akuma Combo vid#1. I’ve been looking around and haven’t seen these combos (exactly anyways) yet. Sentinal stuff is just there to be there though.

Welp I got around to I guess putting up the combos I had for akuma for MVC3. Not to long but it revolves around using his air demon flip. With this you can get a bit more damage then you could from doing his old max damage combos from the first game. However if you arent in the corner it can be fairly awkard but the overhead combo etc is a pretty easy instant kill combo that is better than his old one shrug…

Lovin’ the new Akuma combos, tried these for hours today, fingers are aching.
That TAC stuff is pretty cool too. Gotta learn to staircase them down with Akuma just for style points.

Good shit bro, quick question, that akuma combo at 5:25, the one on dante. You think you could maybe post the transcript if its not too much trouble? I mean 850 off one bar(that is built during the combo) isn’t half bad if you ask me.

Its the same for me as you. Id have to watch the combo to and then write it down. So I dont see what the diff is. If theres something in paticular you dont get I can try and help other wise id like to refrain…Thanks for watching though.

Difference is, it can be difficult to see what exactly is going on in and of itself, hence making it difficult to write down. This is especially a problem on craptastic PCs (kinda like the one I’m having to use at the moment) that drop alot of frames. Furthermore, some people don’t even know a character well enough to comprehend exactly what buttons are being used even when they can see what’s going on.
On the other hand, if you create a combo, you already know the buttons, and can easily write it down because you don’t have to see anything to do it or figure out what is going on to copy it.
Pretty big difference I’d say.
Anywho, I’d transcribe it for ya but for whatever reason this laptop can barely manage youtube on the lowest quality settings right now (even though not 20 minutes ago I had it playing 720p -.-) and I can’t see well enough at that resolution to see everything that’s going on.

I don’t really post much on SRK now a days but I have some **NEW **Akuma tech that hasn’t been seen yet. Maybe I’ll post a teaser video of what it is tonight but we shall see. This has been around since vanilla and I have never seen ANYONE do it. And believe me, Akuma players will love it.
