that laggy wall bounce is the game deciding if it should force wall bounce or soft knockdown, it only happens at over 30% red life! also i know for sure its not screen position because that dumb shit happens in the corner as well!

also random note…in the second combo i believe (the one where you did double pulse then dhc to strange,) if you do S into TK Hyper it does more damage than the second pulse. or qcb.L for less damage but a more friendly dhc option!

that may or may not be character dependant i cant remember sorry!!!

S doesn’t deal as much damage as L pulse at maximum scaling! neither does Rocket Punch L.

The most important thing to note is the corner rawtag on Vergil. The javelin forces a ground bounce that lets you rawtag to ANY character from a corner guard break. Giving you access to lots of damage in case you don’t have a character to rawtag and don’t play Vergil or Spencer. Peep the vid description for a list of some of the characters it works on (i didn’t test it on everyone) and what normals to use before you throw the javelin.

i thought S scaled as a special attack and since it had a higher base damage would do more at full scaling…only thing that beat it out in my tests was dp.H.

ill take your word for it though since im not very keen on the ins and outs of the scaling system.

On your second video, may be able to squeeze an additional hyper by doing grav pulse special followed by grav pulse hyper. Assuming the opponent is high enough after the grav hyper you should be able to do an additional nova force hyper. Not meter efficient or tournament viable, but for the combo meter mainly lol.

You can also do the Javelin rawtag trick and rawtag Spencer or Nemesis, but I see your point lol
