for me it has to be sprintgod he’s bin doing great combos since vanilla with haggar and carries on doing so in ultimate. Plus has some great tec with haggar raccon and felica

I like KaneBlueRiver, and Bum.
Because both of them play Haggar, Hulk and any other character. In my case my third is Wesker due to his amazing OTG and because he is one of the best characters in the game in any position.
