Catherine Kyohbashi from Arcana Heart. She always ready to go. I also like when you back up with her, she leans on her mech and starts waving at the screen. lol

Duo Lon from KOF has a very weird stance. It’s interesting to look at.

Ash Criimson has the one of my favorite stances. He just doesn’t care and it shows in his fighting style. lol

VS SERIES:

  • Magneto. Those hands are just too cool. This is a man who understands the inherent coolness of levitation and afterimage arm swirling. Really underscores his awesome power in-game.
  • Dr. Doom. MAKE Doom unfold his hands, insolent fool! It cannot be done! RICHAAAAAAAAAAARDS!

TEKKEN:

  • Eddy/Christie. Whee, dancing!
  • Lili. Love that silly pose of hers.
  • Miguel. He just doesn’t give a fuck, which would be boring if it weren’t for how awesomely tall and Spanish he was.

GUILTY GEAR:

  • Jam. She makes standing on one leg look so natural that you hardly notice.
  • Zappa. Poor guy, his back must be killing him…
  • Bridget. Kid’s got some moves, that funky little dance of his is infectious.
  • Faust. Always loved how he fought in a full crouch only to explode to like 3 feet taller than Potemkin for moves like 5K. He’s just a magical treasure trove of weird hitboxes.

STREET FIGHTER:

  • Chun Li (3S and onward). Looks a lot more kung-fu-ey than her OG stance, meshes really well with her funky walk. Her whole movement has a strangely birdlike quality to it (helped by the silly clucking noises she makes while fighting…“duhDAH! duhDAH! Hazan Shu!”)
  • M. Bison. Love that twitching hand. Between the twitch and that shiteating grin (or that cold-ass scowl from SF2/CvS2), Bison always looks like he’s barely holding himself in check before the round begins to get in there and rip his opponent apart.
  • Elena. Whee, rotoscoping!
  • Hugo. He just looks so awesomely clumsy and lumbering, like an overgrown kid.

KING OF FIGHTERS:

  • Orochi Yashiro. Another proud member of the swishy-hands club along with Magneto. He really looks like he’s ready to sling huge people like Chang around like ragdolls.
  • Goenitz. Now there’s a man who’s in no hurry.
  • '96-present Ryo (tiger stance). A bit goofy, but I like the hands.
  • Daimon. Standing tall, with those two arms ready to manhandle anybody in his path.
  • Vice (KOF '98). Love that inexplicable slouch…
