For English, I REALLY like the Bison/Dic voice in the SF2: Animated Movie.
The announcer from Street Fighter Alpha 2. Simple, to the point, very enthusiastic, and still manages a bit of comedic effect with “FINAL LOUND!”

Also, pretty sure Blue Mary, King and Charlotte have the same VA.

Toshimitsu Arai (Rugal, Heidern, and Hattori Hanzo = GENOCIDE CUTTAH!!!
Kong Kuwata Geese Howard, Duck King, and Kibagami Genjyuro = PREDICTABOL!!
I also like voice actor of Terry Bogard in the KOF games (Rising Taco!! Arou Okay! Busta Whorf!!)
Norio Wakamoto is definitely one of my favorite seiyu. Some of the notable roles that he’s voiced in fighting games include Dictator (SFIV and SNK vs. Capcom), Johnny (Guilty Gear), Yoshimitsu (Soul Calibur IV), and Kagemaru (Virtua Fighter 5).
He’s also pretty old school in the anime biz, one of his popular roles was Cell from Dragon Ball Z.
Suprised nobody mentioned it yet.

Forgot to mention that I thought Keiichi Nanba sounded his best as Axl (GG) than Andy (KoF/FF).
Can’t believe I forgot Atsushi “Monster” Maetsuka, either. Choi, Benimaru and Ralf (pre XII) in KoF, Kyoshiro and Nicotine in Samsho, Fuuma and Mudman in NGBC and Shikyoh/Mukuro in LB. Quite a beastly list!
