Father shoots intruder hiding under daughters bed

you found a black kid in your daughters bedroom with her claiming not to know him, how long does it take you to pull the trigger? Stand your ground!

It doesn’t make grammatical sense. Say the title out loud and you’ll understand.

The kid could have been in the hyperbolic time chamber and it still would be trespassing according to Texas law.

Epidemic would have killed him bare handed

Even if the intruder looked like this?

Kid wore a rain coat but got aired out for not having protection.

Terrible, I mean it’s not like the nigga made a move for the gun you still in an advantageous situation, and I’m sure the daughter still is grounded.

doesnt the daughter at least stand trial for culpable homicide? Its entirely her fault the young guy got blasted

Is everyone ignoring the part where the kid stuck around to argue with the father after he called 911? Or am I just ignoring the part in the story where the girl commands her father to murder this kid? Seems a lot more likely that all 3 of them used piss poor judgment here.

In a situation like that, you fucking stay for the cops to show up. She knows your name. She already lied. You’re in it deep. You need to be there to make your statement.

You’re probably going to jail. But, it better to go to jail that way than to be hunted down for god knows what, with the cops showing up at your door all of a sudden the next day talking about some rape charges.

I would have stayed too, in that circumstance.

Title makes much more sense now.

Are you kidding? Especially if the intruder was SWB.

Considering the girl said she didn’t know him it’s likely any arguments that ensued came out of the accusation she just made…in short were blaming the source of this murder on the person who set it in motion.

All true, but didn’t he stay in the house? If so then he’s trespassing. Best to walk outside and wait.

Somehow when reading this sad turn of events I was thinking this.

I’v honestly never watched it despide being 25, and seeing all the jokes…

and im watching it now thank you lol

I got as far as "“I would like my baby back” before I started laughing.

And now I want ribs.

And if the boy DID have a knife on him, let’s see how well the father fares without his gun.

Not really complicated, it’s Texas. Stranger in daughter’s bedroom = suspected rape, which is grounds for deadly force under Texas law.

Reasonable belief requires no actual danger to be present.

Father made the right choice based on what happened.

It is both the daughter’s and the boy’s fault. The daughter made two mistakes, brought him in the house behind her father’s back and then lied about not knowing him. The boy made two mistakes, chose to trespass and then not calmly present the situation to the father. The boy’s parents are also at fault for raising such a failure of a son, further exposing their own stupidity with comments like “I would like my baby back.”

This reminds me about my girl telling me about the kids that were at her hotel. Teenage girl gets in trouble for being out then claims that she was raped for no other reason but to get out of trouble. Mind you this is my girl telling me this.

I heard that story many times. You forgot the part where whichever boys she mentions are thrown in jail and demonized in the media. Then, if there is ever evidence that they are innocent, the media never apologizes and the girl never receives any punishment.

Rape card is so OP. Sexual harassment claim is another card that women have at their disposal to throw men under the bus. Want a promotion without doing any work but a man who does all the work is holding that position? Claim sexual harassment and get him fired.
