Yates said Wygant was unemployed and recently had moved to Florida from California. Yates said Wygant has an extensive criminal history in California ranging from trespassing to rape.

Dude had issues before moving to Florida.

Yeah this is just what the most incarcerated country on the planet needs, Even MORE motivation to throw away human lives.
I’m not saying this guy doesn’t deserve it, I’m saying there are way too many people who have done minor crimes now “working” for the private prison industry.

A good example of minor crimes would be the people serving extremely long prison terms due to mandatory minimum sentencing for drug possession.
