Are you sure about online play? The text definetely mentions ad-hoc but I can’t see any mention of infrastructure support (Real online play). Would be great if it did have it though.

I wish they made it UMD. But cant complain since the ps2 version will most likely never be seen in NA aside from imports. Definitely good news regardless. 
Hope this gets to Europe as well, otherwise if it’s digital download only it’s going to be impossible to get hold of legally.

It’s probably via Ad-Hoc Party, which is an official tunneling program for the PS3 released by Sony to play PSP games without native online play (most of them) online. It’s currently Japan only but Sony might announce it for the West at E3 perhaps. Saying that, people in the West with Japanese PSN accounts can download and use it now, but obviusly the program is entirely in Japanese.
The PAL version was already announced actually. I don’t have the article, but I’m sure it was.

Yeah, this game really is too good.
But, I think most people that play it got their combos down, and there doesn’t seem to be any new players. 
So its official that most for most chars when they touch you once without meter your loosing 5-6000+ is there anyone in this game tight enough (besides luvia) to kill you off one poke with no meter?

I don’t believe there are any infinites that drain mana, and with the damage scaling you’ll usually get enough mana to burst before they kill you. Most of the time it isn’t worth it though since you’ll be at like 10% health
It doesn’t matter if you can burst or not, they can always RG/parry the burst and continue to combo. Never seen it done in a match, but then for whatever reason alot of people don’t burst infinites, so whatev.

since I got out of my semester at school, ive been playing this game in between sf4 get togethers.

good god does this game improve your speed and execution or what? ive only got like 10% of missions atm and i can already see a difference in my reaction time/speed/execution in othergames. archers ubw combo in mission is currently driving me insane.
how many ppl in the USA play this you think? any of you guys plan to buy the sbo dvd of this game when it comes out? I may fork over if I can find it honestly. hopefully play asia sells it.
i think after sbo fuc is done for though. ill play it til it is officially dead though.
IS there a place where i can see translations of the missions? like some of the techniques and stuff, cuz all im doing is combos. i can read katakana and hiragana but no kanji, so it kind of limits me. fuc wiki does not have them. im talking about all the shit in mission mode.
