I’ve had a bootleg copy for the longest, guess I’ll stop being lazy and watch it. I liked the last one for some strange reason
Well, it’s not like The Hangover was that great, then again it did well enough to get two sequels.
The first one was fucking hilarious. The second one was pretty funny.
Saw it today. This movie should come with the following warning:
“Leave your brain outside before entering theater…”
Filled with plot holes and ridiculous stunts. Other than that, the action was ok. Good to know that Justin Lin will not be directing the next movie.
Plotholes? I think the movie did a pretty good job of covering its tracks and filling in the holes even if it was dumb.

This was by far the most entertaining movie so far this year, and I knew it was going to be. I loved the airstrip length of the east coast. I loved the ridiculousness and jokes.
The Rock aka Hulk’s stunts were ridiculous.

Kudos to Justin Lin on the last 2 films. This series is becoming really good traditional action movie.
Also, I like that the cast is pretty diverse. Is Paul Walker the only full white dude of the crew (discounting the villains]?

Statham’s character was revealed to be behind Hans crash. My crowd was like OHhh Shit". I was surprised as hell too obviously. I guess we know who the main villain for FF7 is now

OT:Actually, when I was doing my first 2 years of med school, I had to fly through the island of Saba, which as Morphiend noted, is the shortest runway in the world.
It was a small 9 seat turpoprop plane.
During the departure, you almost feel like Bond at the beginning of Goldeneye; The plane after leaving the runway feels like its going to crash into the ocean for like 5 seconds, but then rights itself lol.
I want to have one of those armored F1’s and lol at samoan thor.
I liked Fast Five a lot more than Furious 6. One of the major things that stuck out to me was that Fast Five had beautiful Brazil as a setting for the majority of the film, so it was bright and colorful at all times. Furious 6 was mostly set in dark European locations at night, so it gave off a darker, slower vibe. I assume they were going for a more dramatic, somber approach with Furious 6, but I think that’s a mistake considering how comic-booky things felt at times.
Gisele and Han… damn, can’t even let an Asian man dream.
I think the main antagonist for FF10 should be someone avenging one of the many innocent drivers who were killed or crippled during one of these ridiculous car battles.
Imagine a man wanting payback for his little brother’s first day on the Brazilian police force that ended up with him being smashed by a 10 ton safe OR a father with nothing to lose because his family’s SUV was crushed by a giant TANK.
I know it will never happen, but I think it would put an interesting spin on the franchise and MAYBE it will make Dom and his crew accountable for their total disregard for proper driving etiquette.

seeing Han flat out dead in the car kinda brought out the ire in me, and seeing Letty back in that goddamn circle made me even angrier because there were so many better female character appearances then her, that made her look like more of a chump. Really wish someone would have killed her because having to see han lose such an impressive gal, and then his life so closely together pisses me off. I dunno when you see the dudes face after the debris cleared and niggas was wondering what happened to her? I had the most feels. I really hate that happy ending bullshit the game got with that phony bbq they had, and han lost out everyone is like…" Oh damn, sry Han we got your back if you need it" I’d have preferred it if they all got bebop’d
