Hello all, I’m attempting to make a “Fantasy FGC” of sorts, like any other fantasy sports, just for me and some friends to play in.
Basically I’ve come up with that teams should be composed of 6 players. Placing in Top 16 would warrant 16 points (for first place) and 1 point (for 16th place), you would only start 3 players and have 3 on a bench. Only Majors as well since getting top 16 at a weekly really wouldn’t be too difficult in some places.
Only tournaments in North America should be counted simply because there are different levels of skill and (for myself, atleast) keeping track of scores from North America are easier than Japan or Europe.
I don’t know what the games would be but I’m thinking Marvel, SF and FLEX, which is a player who could play in either. Or Marvel/SF/KOF. Not sure.
That’s about as far as I’ve gotten. Anybody who’s interested can feel free to help me out with this and if there’s already a project like this in motion if you could point me in that direction I’d be very thankful 
In my fantasy, I show up to Evo in a helicopter, black and red cape, with a white fur trim fluttering in the wind, crown gleaming under the Vegas moon. Surrounded by beautiful girls dressed up as the characters from K-On! and Yuru Yuri, I win every match of every game effortlessly using random select.
I do not speak to anyone, except my hand maiden attends, and only then in a language, archaic, sad and proud…it is long forgotten to all but a few of the most obsessed and esoteric scholars. The simple, flowing commands prompts them into elegant, and perfectly choreographed dance routines set an assortment of drum and bass and UK hardcore which mysteriously wafts from the heavens. The initial excite and clamor of my arrival is now hushed reverence as I continue to sweep every game, including impromptu bring-your-own-console side tournaments of obscure fighters.
Moved to tears, and barely able to contain their excitement the event organizers eagerly await to present me with the championship trophies… “Where is Kromo?” “Where is the champion?” They ask. But I have already vanished without a trace. Already searching for the next challenge.
Fantasy GD would be much better since this is GD…Id have Kromo as my wild card pick…
