I’m looking for this guide ’ CAPCOM VS. SNK 2 Millionaire Fighting 2001 Offical Guidebook '. Does someone has got a copy (bittorrent)? Or someone knows a store where to get the guide? Thanks

The only place you can buy it is from eBay or Amazon Japan. Both will be difficult to get copies from.
