christ, beating chun is really hard, but possible if you UME!!! ugh other than that there are some tricks i have vs chun. i dunno how far in detail to get on here. mainly i won because i didn’t give up! i stayed solid until the end! yes c-royd is correct, you gotta believe in you! you will see if shogo ever posts the vid.
ok lemme think of some shid off the top of my head to use vs chun
low forward & roundhouse will hit whiffed toward + fierce.
don’t try to tech a throw from chun, that cunt is probably trying to trick you, so do standing roundhouse or jump away.
if chun does a lot of low jabs on wake up, do a standing fierce because it attacks for a little bit and the chun is probably putting in an auto low parry before the attack. or low parry on her wake-up and low fierce.
if chun likes to standing roundhouse to beat your throws, walk back and standing strong or charge for a headbutt. or just jump away because that bitch is dangerous up close.
a late standing roundhouse will beat an ex spinning bird kick.
leave empty spaces in your attacks to parry high when you are in chun’s toward + fierce range. don’t go for parries much up close because it’s not in your favor anymore.
don’t give up hope!
use tackles sporadically whenever chun doesn’t have meter. at worst you’ll eat a back fierce + fireball, which isn’t that bad. if it hits it’s great so the slut thinks to expect another and you can dash up low short XX jab fireball XX aegis and then dash up and toward + fierce or whatever feels good at the time.
if chun is cornered, expect a wall jump the first chance she gets.
tackles also beat wake-up ex spinning bird kicks. so if you can create a pressure situation when chun is waking up, do a meaty tackle XX jab aegis -> party time.
don’t use ex moves, save that meter for aegi and unblockables.
roundhouse knee drop if you are cornered and are expecting to get thrown. this one you have to kinda see coming so you can charge. i say kneedrop here instead of headbutt because chun can be actually expecting you to headbutt to beat her throw and so she’ll walk back and do a low roundhouse to beat your headbutt. it is a juicy treat when the roundhouse kneedrop crosses up a chun doing low roundhouse because then that bitch is cornered! MUAHAHAHA FUCKING KILL THAT BITCH NOW!!! dash up and tackle!!! victory is mine!!! yes i have masturbatory fantasies of raping chun!!! WHERE’S MY MEDICATION, DOCTOR??? OH YEAH I FORGOT I’M THE DOCTOR!!! i guess i’m going back into the soft room! hahaha yes i’m crazy, thanks for asking.
don’t get discouraged if you lose, chun is a better character. but you can win with enough experience! there is no one trick you can use vs chun that’ll make it easy.
