Yo I’m a halo 3 player but I want to see the fighter games scene it looks pretty cool. I watched the SF4 tournament at MLG Meadowlands in new jersey and it was pretty intense I stayed at Slob Murph’s house if any SF4 players know who he is. well I’m going to try and compete in the Super smash brother brawl tournament so sign me up.

I appreciate it. I have atteneded Major League gaming events and a lot of local Lan’s for halo 3 and local halo 3 tournaments. You don’t have to worry about me being immature at any of these events. I wan’t to make a good name out of myself and still have fun because I am far from good at any fighting game. I’m just using this as a chance to have fun and get my name out there a little bit. Who knows I may surprise you.
hopefully durham nc’s tournament doesn’t cause to much of a fall out… doesn’t seem to be that big of a tournament. i think you called the date first. kinda shitty though. ppl should check for other regional tournaments before claiming a date over someone else.

Wow, that sucks. Hope you Charlotte guys are still with us. Anyways, we are closer than Durham i think. To the other NC guys, I’m sure it will be worth the drive. We are now planning for 60-80 ppl to attend.
Hey I just checked out that new players guide and thought it was a good read. This is actually the first tournament I will attend but I don’t want it to be my last either. So is there like an email newsletter I can sign up for to get info on all the latest tournaments here in SC or a website that is constantly updated with it?
In the past the only way I knew about tournaments were if they were on TV with that Cable Vantage thing or gamestop had a poster up about it. The only reason I knew about this one was because a friend showed me a flyer that another friend showed him and I don’t think its the most reliable source to hear about these through word of mouth unless it was something secret or private.

It has a tourney calendar on it which I update whenever I hear of a new tourney coming up. We are working on planning for more events right now actually! If you want reliable news, bookmark that site!
