Welp…pretty much ensured I’m not playing this game till the DLC cast is released.
Mechanically, he seems interesting. I’m keen to see the DoT in action.
Not a huge fan of the character design. I think I can put up with it, but that super is just… Eurgh…

Not a substitute, there’s only 3 Heavenly Kings until Balrog shows up on DLC. Well, at least not a sub for Balrog, since he’s basically replacing Sagat.
The thing is this guy may have replaced sagat in shadaloo. But sagat well be back as a free agent

In 3S Necro’s real name was Illia.
And of course there’s Twelve.
I also think F.A.N.G. could be a android/cyborg just based on that name. It’s so borrowed from how the names of Twelve’s move set are stylized.

I like the Shadowloo Mt Rushmore, but it makes FANG look more out of place than he already is.

I will say this. Fang will be one of this “forgettable characters” then all of a sudden the nerfs will come a calling. The cycle will happen again with negelected characters. Seth and viper are prime examples. Everyone remembers those times right? “Oh viper and seth are garbage” blah blah blah. Everyone knows what happened after that.

Fang’s poison comes from his sleeves so the sleeves are used to hide probably something like poison gas grenades.
I love this character to death already. Kooky chinese assassin-type guy with poison AND a super that enrages your opponents? Sign me up twice over.
