I didn’t like him from an initial reaction but after watching the trailer a few times he’s sort of growing on me. I think his character art looks better than the actual model, and he does look weird as hell. Yet there’s something intriguing about him. His poison shennanigans do appeal to me though.
Not sure if you guys already know this, but that word on the front of his cloth means “two”
Hence why he says 2 minutes.
I like his stage but the character looks like a nerfed Duo Long and that voice… He reminds me of Piele from Breakers Revenge.
The only new character I like is Laura. Necalli and Rashid are okay but feel copy/pasted from other characters.

Overall, I like him. He gives off vibes of a sadistic kung fu master who only acts silly to throw off his opponent but is actually really skilled.
Well done, Capcom. We could always use more villains
