So, he like the number 2 so much that a lot of his moves are two hits (roundhouse, crouch roundhouse, doku shot, Jump Lk, Stand MP, …) ?!
I didn’t like him but he starts to grow on me.

I think the reason why his range is maxed is because that’s Fang’s “ideal”. Ryu for example certainly can fight from full screen, but it’s hardly optimal for him to do so in general, whereas full screen is exactly where Fang wants to be.
That definitely makes sense. He seems like an excellent zoner after seeing some match footage with him.
Did the kazunoko video look slower to anyone? Seemed like FANG fired his fireballs and vskill just a bit slower. I wouldnt put it past capcom to buff the shit out of a character for a demonstration just to get hype.
I hope there’s at least one more stress test with him before release
Word on the street is that FANG may place highly/appear frequently at the first major if he isn’t changed much from where he is now.
Final round the fang edition
No way a weirdo charge character is popular even if he’s strong. Rufus could melt faces in 4 and wasn’t popular because he was ugly.
He was popular amongst tourney players is what is being emphasized. Ricky, Justin and Marn were all big in early SFIV and all used him. Kindevu top CVS2 player stuck with him during early SFIV as well.
First reaction to Fang’s theme was “Ehhh?!”
