Play KOF13! It has the 2nd highest turnout at Evo. It’s really fucking balanced. And it’s an amazing fucking game that doesn’t have comeback mechanics or dumbed down input shortcuts. Nor does it feature a retarded storyline that makes no sense and ends in an anti-climactic manner. And it has EX moves and meaties interrupt wakeup attacks like in 3S.

Played these two fuckers on PSN. And yeah online still sucks, no surprise but I was practicing some KOF13 and met a guy with a good connection and had fun. I needed to waste some time while waiting for a friend to join VF 5 FS.
Went into the only lobby available. Two guys there with mics blaring with background noise: x-overdrive (who I swear to god sounds exactly like Triforce) and moog-voyager. They were below scrub level. They played like a blind guy who never played a fighter before and who had some sort of hand deformity.
I come in, I have no mic (I hate them for console, the sound is fucked up) and I blow them up. Taunting every time I hit them with cr.HP or EX Shoulder. The moog guy starts calling me a fag and gets super pissed, I mean DSP-levels of pissed off, and rages constantly. The other guy laughs but starts calling me a dick when I get aggressive and block their SRK on wakeup and punish. And I swear to christ it’s true. They mashed out SRK on wakeup every single time. Without exaggeration. Every. Single. Time.
I wish I recorded it and posted on the Super Queering Aids Turbo channel. I beat them like 12-0 and left.
I wonder if I’m a big enough name in 3S online that people feel the need to taunt me when they win. Maybe they want me to feature them in my weekly ranked videos LOL

lets put it this way, brother… if I played 100 times every day online for 10 years, it still would not equal how much I have played offline.
there is not anyone within 300 miles o me in any direction that can give me a challenge offline at 3s. I play offline still, but very little challenge from anyone anymore.
I am very known for being the best at 3s around the midsouth at OFFLINE play. I have had tournaments ADD 3s just because I was coming…no lie.
if anything, I am a joke online. I play random and half my games are trolling or routine patterns. if I need or want to get serious, I will. at my best I can beat Eatabletech and all the rest.
hell, only been playing online a few years. been playing offline since s2 and mortal kombat first came out and have been going since.
I love online though. at least on xbox. its nearly as good as offline when you fight someone (like dj booty) who has a great connection as well.
I honestly believe most of the bitching about online comes from 3SOE on PLAYSTATION 3 and ggpo…

Man, online has really been fucking terrible lately. Perhaps it’s my connection but I never seemed to have as many input drops or input delay as I have had in these last few weeks. Correct me if I am wrong but when I set a GGPO delay to “0” I should have zero input delay with rollback as the trade off right? So how come I’ve been getting huge input delay and drops all over. TBH playing Q online lately feels like a death sentence. It’s fucking impossible to hit confirm into anything.

Artayes - I am definitely going to Evo, and I hope you can make it. Forgetting the MM, it would be a ton of fun to play you face to face and to hang and everything. I don’t know if you’ve been to Vegas before or if you have any questions about Evo or anything, but hit me up if there’s anything I can help you with. I am not rolling in money right now but I would totally back you what I could in the MM because I really want it to happen 
Let’s say hypothetically Artayes books his plane ticket to Vegas tonight… just throwing this out there, but should the set be character locked with Ryan disclosing his choice soon? Artayes might not even want it to be character locked, but some people would say it’s a disadvantage that Ryan could put effort into the Necro match-up whereas Artayes couldn’t really do the same thing. Huge respect to Ryan for playing well with a lot of characters and one could argue that should be rewarded in a MM - just throwing that out there.
Here’s the thing, broski… Artayes doesn’t give two fucks what you hope or think regarding him. Artayes knows I think he went overboard with some of the shittalk, but I really respect him for being true to himself and also for standing up for himself. SRK in my opinion is can be a sea of sheep, and it really bothers me sometimes, not just as it applies to the FGC but because I fear that’s human nature, at least for a lot of people. Props to Artayes for sticking to his guns in the face of a massive amount of ridicule, whether or not the ridicule is deserved or not.
I don’t know how genuine your comment is, but I’ll wrap up by saying that I think that even if you, Artayes, got doubled perfected every game, yeah you’d hear about it but overall you would earn a lot of respect for making a huge effort to prove yourself. Ryan already has the community’s respect, and it’s well deserved. I’d certainly hope that you’d gain a ton for flying (I’d assume) across the country to show the 3S establishment that you’re not a scrub and to give the 3S scene something to get hype for (and you bet your ass the matches would be recorded). Anyone who wouldn’t at least respect that is a shithead because that takes balls of steel. And I personally would give a lot of respect to Ryan for making this happen, because really Ryan has little to gain (aside from money) - most people think he will decimate Artayes and not lose a game, so as far as non-game respect goes, I see this as a win-win
