Wong looks pretty much unchallenged in his bracket…the real question is, who is going to take the 2nd slot? Daniel Nguyen? Adrian Jones? Or one of the dark horses? Tune in next time, on Dragon Ball Z!

Manuel Bernandez (junior B) is a top so cal player and is his biggest threat in there. Ironic that they have to face each other so early in that bracket. how the hell did they do the seeding?

CvS2 should be weird as hell. I thought it would end up like:

but I havnt heard much about the Jap players doing anything crazy, who knows. Tommorow should be exciting as hell.

I JUST QUALIFIED!!! I made it to the winners final of my bracket and beat Viscant…Now on to the winners final 32 tommorow…Im undefeated as of now…off to celebrate…S Groove rules!!!

just got home …a couple observations

Soo Mighty was tearing shit up at MvC2…him and Papa Trunks had a dope as fuck game today

A couple US players beat some of the Japanese players in 3S…there was hung and then the black homeboy from Maryland…KSK switches over to Ken last minute to win a match against a Urien player…during casual play Friday night i played KO…i caught him with 3 or 4 psych your mind fierce DP’s in the corner…thena short jab short xx shippu super…when i landed i taunted…he flinched on wakeup and then I DP’ed him…that was cool…but damn he went beasting the 2nd and 3rd rounds…Japanese are great but keep in my theyre still human and they can be tricked sometimes(except Daigo of course)

I had a once in a lifetime chance to get a casual game with Daigo…man videos dont do this nigga justice…this player has no fear…relentless and instills fear into all players by just walking forward…and to top it off the man is expressionless…i caught some of exhibition play against FF Pyro and Rockefeller and Geoff Arnold…needless to say…it was UGLY…I thought KO’s Yun and Ohnuki’s Chun were badass but Daigo is on some Neo like Matrix skills…KO and Ohnuki never miss bread and butter combos (KO’s low forward into fist and the shadows,Ohnuki’s low forward link to super)…Daigo on the other hand just unexplainable…at first it looks like he does random shit but once he gets with one kara throw range within you with Ken…its over…

I met some dope players who I Think qualified…not sure…

Yes its true…Ricky beat Ohnuki in CvS2 and sent Ohnuki to losers…it was down to Ricky’s A-Groove Blanka vs. Ohnuki’s N-Groove Sagat…Ricky hops towards Sagat and lands a RC electricity and catches Sagat in the corner and then turns on custom combo for the win :smiley:

Lots of crazyness today…David L beats MAG and then Potter beats MAG to qualify for tomorrow’s event…MAG is out

Mago is a RC monster !

Daigo is a machine…he looked bored while he was taunting and beating the crap out of random players

KO is Yun…watching him play 3S is like watching a combo video

Gee-O was sent to losers by Sean Kim…but Sean Kim lost to Oosma (I think that was his name?) and then had to meet with Gee-O again in the losers finals…lost to Gee-O and Gee-O qualifys in the losers bracket

Pyrolee, Frankie3s, Hsien looked like they just walked their way to the winners finals and won

so much stuff…need sleep :o
