Does anyone know when they’ll announce the dates for EVO West? I have to plan when I can take some time off and go.

Alright, I’m sorta new (well, totally new) to EVO, and am planning to attend this year or next year. I’ve got some questions, that might be stupid, but here goes:
1.) Is there an age limit for EVO? If so, what is it?
2.) I’m assuming it costs money to play in the event, if that’s the case, how much does it cost?
