I wasn’t being a dick. Then in response to his question, since ec stayed on the stick in 03, wc should stay on this time. The team order probably would not be decided until the day of, depending if sanford plays or not, with the captains most likely going last aka wong and cs. But in 03 the skill level was clearly separated and wc would have won regardless of any of the factors. This year I honestly believe that’s the story for ec. Hence, I will answer with my original post. I don’t think it’ll matter. And that’s not posting some dickhead bs and being an asshole. That is my honest opininon.
that’s the problem he wins FFA tourneys no other ones, Why would he be mentioned he’s is a really solid player but he didn’t even go to evo west. All I ever hear from people is how ffa sticks suck and finesse only wins FFA tourneys…

Controversy won’t end until there’s a mutual agreement on who should be on Team WC. Since there’s absolutely no way that will happen, there should be a WC Round Robin on Friday Aug 24th with all the top names mentioned playing their heart out, with Top 5 being on Team WC. Sounds like the event is just gonna end up being canned though…

finesse definitely needs to be part of that team, he’s been placing 1st consistently at ranbats and tourneys, and anyone that’s played him lately will agree that his level is waaay up this year, ask soo or potter or dp
and i think after placing 2nd at west and taking out duc and being able to beat chunk once during the team tourney, he should at least have a chance to be on the team…
i say first to 10 between him and duc for the spot, cuz i think he can take it…
and finesse against anyone else first to 10, cuz i honestly think he is now the best player in the west coast, and i’ll put money on that
I’ve asked around and the only people who seem to feel this way are ffa players. And again YES HES WON RANBATS AND TOURNEYS ONLY AT FFA.

and to everyone else - the point he’s trying to make is that while Finesse is a solid player and possibly the best amongst so cal marvel players, he has only proven himself to be the best AGAINST so cal marvel players. Nowhere else. So people wonder if he’ll do as well when he’s not in his comfort zone, that’s all. Not putting down skills or anything.
