Being an old schooler on the outside looking in for so long now, I just want to say this: no matter how good/bad you guys do, I’m fucking proud of you guys. I’ve got real life to deal with, so Evo is, and always will be, an afterthought for me. I’ll be tuning in on as much of the live stream as possible this weekend.

I know, I don’t know what to do. Anyone know if the XCM xbox to ps3 converter works well? It has a silly turbo function on it, so I dunno if they are allowed at evo or not (not that I would even turn the turbo function on).
If they are allowed I will have to shell out $40 to get one =/ just need to find a place that has it.
I have my pelicans… I don’t know how fantastic those are, but I think they’re nearly best of breed. I could probably be talked into bringing them, even though they are sold out and I don’t know where or if I would ever be able to get more if someone lost one.
If those work well then I could also bring my stick and borrow the other one hopefully?

The Pelicans are the only good PS2->PS3 converter I know of. I think I have three. I’ll go check.
You would not be able to loan these out to anybody at all ever. =\
Adapters are really easy to lose, which is why I’m extra paranoid.
