Really GGs to Da Rage for having such a sick Remy, those partitions were mind boggling IDK how you were able to play for so long. Also to everyone else I played in the tourny/countless casuals. After this tourney I feel my playstyle is not solid enough. I have nice combos and all but there’s some areas that need improvement…after a nice hiatus I’ll get to work tho. Played so much I’m kinda sick of the game for once.

I just got home and Evo East was fucking HYPE son. Marvel makes people go god damn crazier than ever. Triforce gettin in screaming arguments and getting kicked out. And Justin didn’t win every game! It was a blast, and if you weren’t there, you better damn sure make it next year. Got to play new games I never even heard of before, Akatsuki Blitzkampf and Big Bang Beat. These games are the new hotness, play em.

I didn’t think there was anyone who thought about Third Strike as much as me but you could be having a conversation about the fucking stock market and this dude would chime in with “I love to pressure Yun on wakeup while he is in Genei Jin,” and you just look at the dude and laugh because you can just tell he loves the damn game. Definitely one of the coolest guys I met all weekend, and a lot of respect goes to this guy for being willing to play Remy in a tournament. He knew the odds and still took them. And I will not soon forget the 5 hour non stop Third Strike session in the room on Saturday. That was some even shit. What do you think? About 50/50? If I wasn’t such an idiot and just blocked that god damn Dudley sweep I may have edged you out on the day.

haha it actually wasn’t bad but I still only slept 2-3 hours total that night. I was exhausted the whole tourney. Oh yeah you were the Necro taunt master…haha I couldn’t help but to reversal taunt you and your friends in the room. Stun, play with hair, death combo ftw.

You could have fooled me. You looked like you were in the zone. That comeback you made against him in the first round of the first match had me going nuts. In any case, I didn’t play you because I have no pokerface and couldn’t even pretend not to be nervous when there are 15 people watching my match. I’m not used to that shit, it was only my second tournament. If I could have met up with you guys in a hotel room I think I may have stood a chance, but I figured you guys had better shit to do then stomp out some scrubs. Maybe next time you are around you will give me a shot at that Dudley. Unfortunately I don’t have piles of money sitting around to throw at you and Nagata just for a 45 second asskicking so if thats what it takes then I will wait to meet you in a tournament. Haha. But if you want to get down on some casuals next year (since I assume you aren’t in CT much), I will see if Hold Dat and N8DMN want to get down on some New England pad vs Canadian stick action. Edit : lol its all good, I travel to tourneys cuz I love to play different ppl, and I know how good I am. I still dont think I played my best the past weekend, and my friend Adam should have been in the top 8 if wasnt for the terrible brackets.
I will give shoutouts soon. I have to go run some more errands for work. Evo east Was Loads of Fun. Im sorry i was not able to stay later for the parties/ lunges i was invited to.
