Keep it in Pomona. The cost of finding a hall with that much room in SF or Vegas would be three fold, at least. Cal Poly gave us 2 halls to use, and didn’t seem to care that we were all randomly abusing that side of their campus. If people passed out in the grass or street in SF, they’d get arrested. I know there were fools tokin’ last year…Pomona didn’t send cops until people tried to leave the area. SF would have cops there the whole time. The drive for NorCal people is not bad at all. I left at peak traffic time last year and didn’t encounter any at all on the way down. Honestly, the lack of exciting things to do in Pomona is a welcome break to the shit I have to deal with on a daily basis. GoGo CalPoly.

For the people who have to book early (months in advance) you’d think they would have released the location by now, if they intend to move from Cal Poly that is.
That seems like some pretty sound reasoning, but if they intended on keeping it at Cal Poly, why not just announce it instead of leaving everyone to assume that?
