frisco would be the place for evo 2005. players overseas can enter evo and tour frisco too. it would be awesome if its at Vegas. I don’t think oversea players would be happy if they lost all their money and can’t fly back home.

Okay. I honestly would rather leave it in SoCal. CalPoly was pretty dope, at least for me. SF is a tight idea, I did live there for the first 18 years of my life, but where would we actually hold the tournament? Moscone Center? A conference hall at SFSU? Some hotel grand ballroom? Ping Yuen market in Chinatown? Haha. That would be dope. Seriously though, if you guys want it in SF, give the Cannons ideas for housing a venue of that magnitude. The only advantage for me would be to save a little money by staying at my apartment or my mom’s house in South City. Otherwise, I don’t mind driving to Pomona again and paying a few bucks for the Shilo and Wendy’s for 3 days.

It doesn’t matter where it’s held since it’s still a drive for me (although I got relatives in Los Angeles so that would be best, but that’s not an option). I’d have to say though Vegas would be pretty pimp. It’s an awesome city with TONS of shit to do when you’re not playin games. Plus, the people that play there are cool as hell.
I don’t mind the idea of moving Evo every couple years or so. It kinda reminds me of football. They move the Super Bowl every year to keep it fresh. Nothin wrong with that if you ask me. Hell if it was possible, and didn’t put the Cannons in too much of a hole, I don’t think New York would be a bad idea in fact.

i dont understand what kinda places there are to visit in pomona. icelan? so imma go play some CS in between playing fighting games? lame. little caesars? anyone who had a car went to little caesars, anyone who didnt went to wendys. i think itd be kinda cool to have it in a place where players can go to some nice walking distance venues.

EC, hell yes. Haha, it would save me money on the plane ticket though. I don’t really see a problem with Pomona, though I’ve yet to actually go there. But it seems to be a good place to hold it, and things seem to go down fine there. Plus, this year will be my first year going, I don’t want to miss all the Shilo craziness.
