EVO 2016 End of Stream (Possible spoilers?)

I can’t find any footage of it from last night, but there was something interesting at the end of the SF5 stream right before they went off the air.
Footage of Bruce Lee’s movie Riki-Oh was shown and then they showed a SF2 continue timer with Fei Long.

I might be reading into it too much, but what do you guys think about these two little bits?
Could they be hinting at Fei Long joining the cast or not?
If someone else could confirm that I am not making this up somehow with video proof, I would also appreciate that.
